Beremx:
All the governors have one vote each. That will not stop the SE from voting against Tinubu.

What happened in 2023 will happen again in 2027
they indirectly have more than 1 vote. You see Nigerian voters are hungry people, both poor and the rich. I can assure you everybody(maybe not everybody but almost all) working with the governors will deliver their votes and those of their families and people that feed under them. It wont make Tinubu win any south east state. but u may begin to see Tinubu now getting 25% or close to that) from SE....its not just people working for governors, all the people that benefit under the umbrella of governor-contractors, suppliers, their families, their employees. Nigerians want a good country o BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, they want to protect their own source of income first

When will black race replicate such 😩
Black race(especially the ones in Africa) do not celebrate that kind of intelligence. In saner climes, there are lots of scholarships, recognitions, awards for majors in Science technology engineering and mathematics. YOu just keep your GPA above a particular threshold. From year 2, people with good GPAs are getting internship paying them as high as $5k/month.
In Africa-Nigeria for example, it is all about BB Naija, Toke makinwa, bobrisky. The best organizations in Nigeria are paying big money to people because they have yellow skin, big breast and artificial bumbum or beacause they have a good number of he-diots and she-diots following them on social media, they invest almost nothing in research.

There's nothing wrong with PDP, the people in PDP that are decamping to APC are not from Mars, they are Nigerians, they are just like the ordinary voters that collect 5k, garri, rice etc to vote for a candidate.

Celebrities › Re: Don’t Give Up Acting For Marriage – Actress Tina Mba Warns Female Colleagues by tunapawizzy: 3:19pm On May 16, 2025
janeedema:
Fristly, Chioma Chukwuka is single—separated or divorced. Secondly, what gives you the impression that a single mum cannot advise anyone if she is genuinely happy living her purpose?
In that case they can get their advice from others-not chioma. In my opinion, a single mum may be in the position to advice on how to escape abusive marriage(if hers was abusive), but if the advice you are looking for is to balance marriage and career-common, u sef think am now

There are people that will get both right but there also some whom giving up their career would live to eternal regrets. No marriage can wipe that feeing in old age of not living your dream.
I am glad you said some. There are also some(documented), who are now saying, if they have to do it again, they would trade a big part of their flourishing career to make marriage work

Her advice is for those in a cross road— not to choose one over the other. Those who give up their dream always live to regret it.
Most of the others I mentioned have said that they were at crossroads too, and some of them talked about sacrifices made here and there(by both parties), and all of them are still acting till today. And yes, no one should give up their dreams

And her advice is to have fulfillment, to for someone who respects what you do.

But if push comes to shove, choose your happiness. Cause regret is also detrimental.
Surely, choose your happiness.

So why bash her if she is happy with her choices?
I did not bash her, she is a single mother of 2(fact), and if i am looking for ways to navigate the challenge of career-marriage balance, i will take advice from someone who faced same challenge but still acting, still married. If your call is to create a balance and manage both career and bmarriage successfully, you take advice from people who are managing both successfully

Lastly, if someone truly meets her mate, you won’t have to choose between him and her career. He would instead make it a duty to make her happy knowing she finds fulfillment in her career. And according to her, you will always see the signs of a man who won’t be supportive of what you do.
I agree with this too

The article talks about how people enter marriages with set standards only to change later and try to effect changes. Humans change with time, most times for the worst. Nobody marries bad partners, they became bad with time.
Even the Tina Mba in her advice still said “See, the signs are always there. Don’t ignore it. Watch him, watch her.
And that is true, most times people are not paying attention to the most important things. ( i said most times, not always)

A man that will tell u to stop doing your craft, would have lovingly told you while dating, i dont like the stress you're going through, I want you to rest and enjoy my money and make me pamper you. He is all about you enjoying enjoying enjoying, not so much about your career- nothing along the lines of "i cant wait till you become a Director at your company, I cant wait till you become Best Actress in Nigeria- Most babes will see that as, woow he is intentional, he adores me -and Yes that is true, that sounds like it, but if u listen deeply, there is an undertone of what may come down the road. Is he using his money to pay for your 20m vacation instead of paying for your professional exams, or sponsoring your movie as an actress.
Marriage is sacrifice, Love is sacrifice yet people dont want to have the hard talk with soemone they want to go into marriage with. In my opinion people dont really change.

Marriage is always going to hold somebody back. We were raised to be independent. All of a sudden, we're forced to depend on another while trying to chase our dreams. Ko le werk. I will achieve my dreams first before giving this marriage thing a go.
Marriage doesn't have to hold somebody back, it's people's choice of partner that hold them back. If a woman wants her career to be primary and marriage secondary-there are men that will work with that. If it's the other way, there are men too. If it's also to create balance and give both equal attention, there are men.
- And we were not raised to be independent, if you look at it critically, we were created and raised to be collaborative(I no wan call am dependent). The idea of independence in life, marriage, even in career and business, does not exist.

E no hard to identify people way no get vision.
So them no dey break record for England or people way dey play for England no be human being like am?

Chelsea's biggest issue with osimhen is his wages

75 millions for signing is high enough
Not to talk of over 10m salary annually

Although he seems injury prone and one dimensional, nevertheless he is efficient, physical, defensive and aggressive in front of goal

So the gamble is now on Chelsea
Wish to see him in England though
If it was Erling Haaland that demanded that wage 2 years ago, they would gladly pay. They can sign him on loan and run down his contract and pay him what he wants.if they don't want to break wage structure, they can pay the player sign on fee and still his weekly wage within the limit set by the club. They can arrange asset for him to cover the difference.

If the man wants 10m a year- e worth am
If Chelsea no wan use his high wage to upset the standard at the club, e make sense too

Politics › Re: Atiku Cannot Be Bullied To Surrender His Presidential Ambition  - Sowunmi by tunapawizzy: 11:14am On May 12, 2025
Ordinary Nigerian people can never win, every situation with real possibility is not to the advantage of Nigerians.

- even though atiku is the only politician in the land that can challenge tinubu realistically speaking(especially for votes in the north), we also gave to remember that atiku is a grabber like tinubu and the entire political elites the people want to change

- if atiku does not contest, that is essentially saying tinubu till 2031. I know 2031 is very far from here and the thought of that scary but the suffering will not be the most unfortunate part of tinubu presidency by the time he's done in 2031, the nation would have essentially become a one party state. Every reasonable will prefer to quit politics instead of campaigning to people that will be bought by a man. Opposition parties will become a joke, just like lagos pdp. Where the party degenerated to having no reasonable person to field but Jandor.

DMerciful:
So who do you think should be there?
Sadly all the politically useful northerners prefer to side with Tinubu in 2027. I still maintain that the only ticket that can challenge Tinubu is Atiku/Obi ticket. I am not proud that I am saying atiku for president, but that is just the reality of Nigeria. Very high numbers will most likely come for TInubu in Kano, Katsina, Jigawa,Sokoto, Kebbi if a strong northerner isn't on the ballot. And he has power now-him and inec will write Lagos numbers in 2027.
Tinubu's influence is also growing in the south south and that is very very big dent on obi's numbers. The coalition or main opposition needs a really good showing in the North, its got to be a very big northern politician.
