Like I pointed out earlier, Yoruba people are plenty on the board of many Hausa/igbo-centric or owned companies in Nigeria so that is nothing new nor a big deal so it's really strange that you hanging on to such pettiness to drive a moot point.

If any igboman had as much stake in the business as you are trying to let on, how come such a person couldn't influence more spread of the Palms Mall brand in his SE region?
