Interesting.....so a thread in which I was defending Enugu from attacks from Anambra people is the "trap" I fell into? And he wasn't the only one rubbishing Enugu on the thread. There were like 2 other people on the Anambra thread that joined him. So, it was wrong for me to caution Igbo people tarnishing our image with silly interstate mud-slinging? And yes, the poster in question has multiple handles, but he's allowed to run amok on threads insulting every other Igbo state, and he either gets some support from fellow Anambrarians (not include his multiple accounts) or there is silence. Anytime you see any Igbos sowing division, it should be your duty to shut it down. And I've made a lot of positive contributions on the Anambra thread.
And I'm from Amaeze. I was one of the Excos of our Oraukwu Undergraduate Association in UNN and both Prof P.N. Okeke and F.N.Okeke (from Ibenabo in Oraukwu) were our chief patrons. So it's funny to me how some twats on an anonymous internet forum can sit behind their keyboards and somehow believe they own some self-ascribed right to pronounce who is Igbo and who isn't. But like I told them before, there are no rules against foolishness here.

My problem is I haven't seen him defending Ndigbo on this forum but he criticize Ndigbo(especially anambra) at any given chance.

What's the point of exaggerating the minor negative side which had been proven to even be more pronounced in other groups, while trying as hard as possible to diminish our numerous positive sides?

Why is it too convenient for him(he knows himself) to quickly wave off attempts to show him that the so called Igbo negative sides are found even more in other groups, but to hard to get him to ignore that of Ndiigbo for a minute?
Go through his Obi1kenobi moniker, all he had ever done since his presence in NL is to try and demonize Ndiigbo.
If you are going to offer criticism, be sure to have been seen to have offered lots of praises. That's the difference between constructive and destructive criticism.

Zik was arrogant....one of the reasons a country called Nigeria still stands today is because of gaffes he made to further his own political career.

Ojukwu was a lot more arrogant. Being the first uni graduate in Nigerian army, he saw himself as naploeon of some sorth and took his own opinions too seriously without realising wat is real and wat isnt.

As for zik building unn in nsukka, it doesnt mean much considering that many people have done similar things. Gowon could have made jos nigeria's capital or u can say that ESUT which was built in Enugu 1980 should have been built in jim nwobodo's nkanu?

Considering the fact that all the igbo leaders who ever came from there actually failed in their core objective (wat ever it was at the time)...all of them. From zik who wanted to govern nigeria to ojukwu who wanted to govern biafra to ekwueme who wanted to be president....all out manouvered by 'educationally challenged north'. But look at ekweremadu from enugu...see how he has remained relevant without being confrontational. Being loud is not being right. U wanna be right? Try might. Might is right. Look at Aro empire and Nri empire. While Aro turned ibibios (abiriba) and ijaws (bonny) into igbos the nri empire from 'omanbala' ended up losing so many igbo clans to benin.

Even while chimaroke was rebuilding enugu, u guys turned ur state into an arena of blood and poverty with bakassi et all and all but ran to enugu as refugees.

U guys come online and insult the rest of igbos and say things like 'anambra is destined to rule igbos'. Yet i cant for the life of me see wat u guys have specially achieved to be so loud. Most papers say the richest igbomen from south east are rochas or orji kalu while tge ruchest igboman is elumelu from delta. The most popular stars of igbo origin are equally spread among states. The political leader in igboland of today is ekweremadu from enugu. why u guys havent realised the dignity and strenght in being calm is wat i dont knw. The loudest igbos are from anambra and ur brash ways have many times led to the death of igbos...or to igbos making unnessesary enemies.

I come from enugu. Enugu is one of the most beautiful cities in nigeria (special thanks to sullivan chime). Enugu was capital of so many entities...including biafra and old anambra state.

While onitsha was making the list of most poluted cities in the world, enugu was in the list of most resilient cities

But as a tru 'omanbala' (wateva that word means), he has to come and say that he is anambra 1st and igbo 2nd. As If if he goes to lagos..lets see whether he would be called anambraboy or igboboy.
