I know someone who has had a case in supreme court since 2008 and judgment has still not been given.

Election petition has clearly stipulated time in the electoral act. 180days at the tribunal, 60days on appeal court and 60days for appeal at supreme court.
However, the appeal court is the tribunal for presidential election. Therefore the presidential petition has a maximum of 240 days to run its life.

There are a lot of cover ups all over the place. Nigeria my country Oh Lord where are you, divine intervention is needed.

Adoption of final address is not the same as delivering judgement. Judgement will come only after that likely late September.

Atiku is a Nigerian alright, but by birth it is questionable because to qualify for presidency you must be a Citizen by Birth. When he was born that region was not in Nigerians Territory. That part of the constitution should be changed else many returning Nigerians will encounter this issue in the future.

By birth means any of your grand parents must be indigenous to Nigeria. Atiku is complete Nigerian by birth.
