aolawale025: Some of the APC witnesses strengthen the case of the petitioners. They did and that is why they ended their defense abruptly. The Atiku legal team had even urged the buhari's team to close their case yesterday when it became clear their witnesses are damaging buhari's defense. The buhari team hurriedly called for adjournment yesterday morning. |

Ultimatezlant: I don't think if atiku laboured for the money he spent he would have bought the server issue.
How the hell did he leave everything in the hands of dumb iPods apologists when truly he could have had a water tight case.
They really finished him with the server goof and instead of defending him it was just about implicating him Isn't it unfortunate that rather than be appreciative that Atiku's petition would deepen our electoral jurisprudence while strengthening our democracy, you rather throw drivel ? Anyway, this petition will be another Atiku's contribution to our democracy like all his early democratic litigation. Thank God it is an Atiku who has the means to shoulder the costs of litigation else it would have been the usual 'God dey'. |

GoodGovernance: I beg park well with your blackmail.
Has Atiku proved that he won the election ? NO!
or there was substANTIAL NON COMPLIANCE WITH ELECTORAL ACT? No!
If yes,the best he can get is cancellation,no court will declare him winner!
Was he able to prove that Buhar was not qualified? No! Now we know buhari had 5 credits! Leave that for the PEPT to decide or you are PEPT? By the way, one of Atiku/PDP's plea is either to be declared winner or the election be canceled. So your, postulation of cancellation is within his plea. Now we know that the result issued to buhari is fraud! |

Wasky101: Do you mean that all cases in the supreme court has to be heard and judged in 180 days? I know someone who has had a case in supreme court since 2008 and judgment has still not been given. Please clarify if you have the time. Thanks Election petition has clearly stipulated time in the electoral act. 180days at the tribunal, 60days on appeal court and 60days for appeal at supreme court. However, the appeal court is the tribunal for presidential election. Therefore the presidential petition has a maximum of 240 days to run its life. |

brightalo17: So per your argument it means you don't know difference between polling unit and residence, Did Both Buhari and Atiku voted at there polling units or there residence? Many lett there residences during the election to there poling units that includes Atiku, how can a whole Atiku lost in his own very home is that something to cheer about? They were in court yet can't bring any evidence of rigging other than bringing A Kenyan. Smh Poor comprehension is the problem with most. Dansuqi: No sir, once final addresses have been filed, adopted and argued, tribunals usually do not take more than two weeks before delivering judgment.so,expect judgment between ending august and early sept except the supreme rules before then on the appeals atiku lodged.by the way, they will be no inspection if server The tribunal will fix the time it deems fit for it to deliver judgment. From instant, to the whole length of constitutionally allowed time. How many days are remain in the 180 sef? |

Adoption of final address is not the same as delivering judgement. Judgement will come only after that likely late September. |

ORIENTATION101: instead pdp witnesses have rather defend Buhari ,Apc and Inec. What Apc did was ice on the cake No time to delay an obvious victory for Apc. That is an expected line of the defense team in closing a case. Now the 5 member will decide whether they are right or wrong. I like their swerve sha. |

Coadie: Read my comment again and you will see where I said 'Not Nigerian by birth's.. He has never denied being born in a region that was part of Cameroun before the Plebiscite or has be? He can't even deny it because he filled those forms himself. Neither he nor his parents were born in a Nigerian enclave as at Time of birth and I can confidently say he's not a Nigerian by birth. I don't need a court of law to help me reason with commonsense! You don't understand the definition of being Nigerian by birth, do you? Anyway, being a Nigerian by birth means that any of your grandparents is indigenous to Nigeria. Better still, one of your 4 grandparents must be a Nigerian by birth. Hope that helps. |

He never colluded with any inec officer, Pdp said they ve all the results with them, who gave them the result and why didn't they present it in court to prove their statement. Fact check: prior to 2019 atiku as never won or lead buhari in any of previous election he contested. Prior to 2015 buhari has never won election (thrice previously). frowland: Atiku is a Nigerian alright, but by birth it is questionable because to qualify for presidency you must be a Citizen by Birth. When he was born that region was not in Nigerians Territory. That part of the constitution should be changed else many returning Nigerians will encounter this issue in the future. By birth means any of your grand parents must be indigenous to Nigeria. Atiku is complete Nigerian by birth. |

Atiku losing in the midst of his friends, relatives, brethren, people that knows him from childhood - speaks volume of his competence and acceptability.
