Yes, and it would be clearly stated in your offer along with other docs for upload which then turns your offer into unconditional. Most Scottish schools are flexible and pocket friendly (not seen any asking for 50% on enrollment) unlike England schools

Once any school require POF as a precursor to CAS, it has to be 28 days minimum.

Now take this, some school will still ask you
"has the balance in your account been less than your required balance in the last 60 days" during CAS process and after submitting 28 days POF.
Say "No" to the quoted question and see delaaaaay

If you can't afford Lithium batteries (they are expensive now), and you want a maintenance free lead acid battery, I recommend Fullriver. Buy from their main distributor here in Naija. Their name is idyllic and their office is in Oregun.

Last time I checked (early this year), their 200ah sells for about 140k per unit. I use 2 units of 160ah variants and they are serving. Got them for about 125k per unit late last year.

Quanta Amaron and Ritar are good brands too, but ensure you buy from the main distributors themselves.

It's always best to apply to (many) schools with lengthier tuition plans. Whereas, some schools will allow you to choose monthly installment plans... but when you default in any month, they'll demand 100% immediately.

My major criterion I personally consider in accepting offer from a school is a tuition plan that runs from Sept-Apr and I have had many to choose from. This is what I advice you too.

If you flip the pages of this current thread backwards, someone talked about this in few pages behind and stressed that schools withdraw your visa sponsorship when you can't pay your tuition installment and I know a few others that are so quick to report you to home office, when you fail to pay at instalment time lines.

But whether Northumbria can accept your negotiations, I can't tell. But you can give it some shots.

Yes, it's stated on their website and I can say that of all the schools I've researched, it's only Northumbria that has the shortest tuition installment plan (Sept - Dec).

Whereas, there are several other schools that allows you Sep - April to spread your payments.

If you have the money, you could consider london. But if you're conscious of your financial power, please go with northumbria. Its an excellent university, as i am there presently. Newcastle is also a great town, and job opportunities are quite on the high side. Living expenses is way cheaper too, when you compare with london.

Overall, i'll choose newcastle

A friend got an offer from Northumbria. After the initial deposit and deposit on/before enrolment, he said the offer states that he must pay the tuition balance by December
