Or sit in the middle and be watching their hands and movements on high way.

Once you are not pressing phone or sleeping you are a suspect

I only showed you about someone that appreciated the guy but there are still many others.

Just like the way many hide their success to avoid overcrowding, people kept inviting even villagers to it.

I had three PayPal accounts but have this to atleast believe it is real. This is mine.

This is the problem with you thinking there are no other good sources of income apart uber.

You dont have to spend money to make money off the Internet, your skills matter.
One guy here on NL posted about making money during the lock down which I made an average of 200 dols weekly not until it stopped dec 20.
Open up your mind when people tell you there are several good incomes apart from driving around lagos.

See my response to this guy, only him would understand what I meant by co-benefactor.

What is happening with bolt? Why are the rates so so low all of a sudden?

Trips that used to be like 1,500-2,000 are now like 800.

I can barely even buy petrol and eat with such fares.

Then it’s also like there are hardly any rides, unlike before when requests were coming in non stop.

Is this how it’s gonna be now?

Even indriver is boring, no requests. 6 drivers all setting offers for the only good trip I saw today, plus me that makes 7 drivers.

Is it time to go park my car?
I thought you have been here long enough to know winter. cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy

E mean and e no mean.
When u buy a quarter to die car and subject it to stress of ehailing it will fall apart faster than ice in sun.
But good naija used still dey and it's light on ur pocket so u maximize ur profits and have good ROI.
So whether it's naija used or foreign used, make sure u buy a good car.
Some people still spend 100-200k on a tokunbo car to put it to standard.
Everywhere rust! Everywhere rust! Everywhere rust!
That was the genesis of foreign lemon,

Dru! Attention needed here.

It's just that naija used has a higher probability of being abused and messed-up that's why it's adviseable to go for tokunbo and have rest of mind. But if u find a good naija used and d price is right, it's still okay.

” Newly on rentals/HP in Lagos”
I’m talking from experience of a lazy driver
1. Road network/location: you will take first trip to ikeja city mall on Monday morning and from there to akute and gross only 7k and be complaining like ikejamanism.
2.
As far as I’m concerned ehailing is not a job, (especially for graduates) just do small to keep body & soul and move on, else your body/soul or car will leave you and move on.
You people just don't forget things and seems BAZ001 will be as troublesome as I was back in high school.

Personally I don't see anything wrong with the question where are you.
Like wtf! Was the rider supposed to ask?
It's kinda stupid as the app that connected both the driver and rider shows where the driver is on his/her App.

Is it not clearly shown on their app?
Because someone asked a silly question doesn't mean I have to answer stupidly.

So the best way I answer is, I am close by/ around the corner/ few blocks away.

See, I only counter wrong notions and statements like "bolt is stealing our money" "bolt is charging 23%" etc
For your information, Bolt also shows Net Earnings, it's clear on the Bolt App, moreover, who doesn't know u have to deduct commissions to get d actual amount u have made for yourself. Or does almighty sophisticated Uber App deduct fuel costs from your Net earnings on the App so u can really know how much remains in ur pocket??
Abeg, let's leave this trashing of Bolt every time for unnecessary things.
What do drivers mention on default when asked about their earnings?

This is an example below.

Pearl1910:
VAT is a consumption tax. It's usually paid by the person enjoying the product/service. It can be charged as an extra cost or sometimes it's embedded in d cost of the service. Whichever way they want to do it, it's not partners that will bear that cost. Either they will charge VAT separately in addition to d fare like Bolt is doing with the 3% or they will increase fare to accommodate d VAT.
Since Uber/Bolt insist they are not a transport company but a technology company it means partners are the transporters, providers of the service and d collectors of payment reason why they need your TIN to tie all d VAT u generate.
With all these stories laid down, they are nothing if the fare is not increased by 7.5%.
Consumers are the end users which are the riders, hence the VAT should be on them, so why do they need the driver's TIN?
BusinessRe: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by tunlapapa: 1:28pm On Dec 28, 2021
Pearl1910:
When I respond to statements like this, it looks like I am defending Bolt.
Okay, do u have any evidence of Bolt charging you 23%? Show us.
They aren't showing breakdown doesn't mean there are hidden charges.
Programming an app to display certain features is not hard just like how they made drivers feel destination cannot be shown when you get requests.

They know their reasons for not breaking down the details and they know the reasons for not showing net earnings while they show gross. The gross will keep deceiving drivers thinking they are making money and that is the more reason why majority of bolt drivers say what they have at hand is different from app money. You see my friend, these are psychological done on drivers on purpose.
BusinessRe: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by tunlapapa:
Pearl1910:
But they clearly said it doesn't affect your earnings. Uber and Bolt must pay tax na...whether they shift it to d Rider's or they pay from their pocket, that's their business, it will not affect your earnings, so leave people that are posting 'photoshop' dashboard out of this abeg.
Uber stating that it won't can still be believed since the breakdown wil be given in clear terms, but bolt, their 3% clearly showed that drivers were charged 23%, so I doubt bolt will be truthful in their tax calculations.

Yea well...if only they persisted. Cos they still had more drivers.
Don't mind them with their strong head they doing especially concerning the destination display.

Which driver wouldn't be glad to cancel and get a cancellation fee provided he has driven to and waited for 5mins at PU.
The game changer was when Uber removed cancellation fee
Cancellation fee was removed early this year.

Moove was d saving grace for Uber, they probably would have shut down by now.

That is one of the main reason many users left uber for bolt apart from the bonuses it gives them.
