Try reinstalling as earlier suggested and also check if the app is allowed to use data under your data settings.

Exactly, the rating system is a huge scam. My rating just dropped below 4.5 despite the fact that I've not had any issue with any rider. Even one day , I filtered like 11 trips, without completing any ride, ratings dropped immediately. hate begging riders to rate me, but it appears that's the only way forward now..

Yet some people will still say this doesn't happen.

What a day! I picked someone from passport office Ikoyi to ijaiye(Oko oba estate precisely) and the trip came to 2500. Next thing I know, one lasma guy from nowhere came to my back and said “bros lemme talk to you”, I said okay, but I briefly looked back, that’s how I saw tow truck reversing towards my car.

Since 1 + 1 = 2, I figured they were trying to tow my vehicle, so I ran back to the car, put my hood down and entered the car. That’s how the tow guy too was trying to enter my car, omo, the way I zoomed off ehn. Plus my hand was already on my pepper spray in case he made it in, I would have knacked him 2 sprays right in the eye balls.

I just don’t know how it became illegal to troubleshoot your car on the road when it has car issues. I am all for law and order, but haba! So if it was a serious car problem, is that how they will just come tow my car, instead of offering assistance? Naija is the most useless country known to man.

So what I did that gave a solution to same problem I had is "shoddy" as you said?
That process resets/clears errors from the ECU, then if it shows up after reseting means it's a serious problem.

I think you were right for taking extra for the load.
The trunk is for load not the cabin. Any stains caused by the load will give unnecessary stress.
