My husband and I were refused the Canadian visa today and the reason for refusal was we didn't upload our new passport which we did 2 weeks before the 30days grace period. We applied January 2021. We have a valid USA visa and we've been to other countries. We've sent them an email. What else should we do? Thanks for your response

Since May1 I received bvl and visa number on tracker

I shall receive my own PPR before this week's runs out

Good evening everyone
So I applied for trv June 2021, up on till now I haven’t received any Updates from ircc. But my passport has expired since last year and I have renewed it
The issue now is, my old expired passport details is with ircc because it was valid as at when I applied.
I don’t know if this can influence the delays in my application because they obviously can’t issue visa to an expired passport.

Biometric: completed
Destination: still unspecified

Visa documents number and expiry date is showing as well

I saw mine as biometrics completed, background check completed and eligibility has not started.

I checked using the tracker.

Oh sorry, biometric and eligibility completed on the tracker. MP told me criminality n eligibility passed. I got it mixed up.

Seems we’re in the same canoe o. I just tracked mine now after reading your post, eligibility passed, criminality passed. Background verification in progress. MP reach out to me today, in his report eligibility was passed March 9th. Na security checks remain.
