I have a hard drive that has been passworded on the Bios of that board and I was using it in bed. I think the matress blocked the ventillation for sometime which I didn't notice, after about five hours of it in use it just went off. It was like a joke. I opened it and I discovered a fried IC (chip) at the rear just in the power stage.

Please help. I need my life back. That laptop is it.
