i have been doing some thinking lately and wondered which other countries (non-african) nigerians can visit without having to go through the stress of getting a visa. I only know of Barbados. please does anyone know of other countries nigerians with green passport dont need visas to travel to? kindly add. thank you.

Ask ur pharmacist for any cream with benoxyl peroxide. start with the one with 5% benoxyl peroxide, if ur face aint sensitive, use the 10% one. also make sure ur face is always clean and avoid cleansers and astringents with alcohol. it's usually too harsh on the face.

first, i would say avoid astringents, facial wipes or cleansers that contains alcohol. it's usually too harsh on the face and causes more harm than good. secondly was ur face with dove sensitive bar and use vaseline. it helps! lastly, aint sure if it's just ur face dat's dry or ur whole body. if it's d latter u cld use dove moisturizer for dry skin.
