olokun: Hello, I confirm this payment was processed. The message that appears on the applicants bank statements is their grant ID i.e. 1145122-743037. The money should be in the applicants account, if your bank is holding up payment you will have to deal with them directly.
THAT WAS THE MESSAGE I GOT FROM FACEBOOK YESTERDAY AND I SENT IT TO MY BANK. MY BANK (STERLING BANK) TOLD ME THIS MORNING THERE IS NO INFLOW IN MY ACCOUNT. PLEASE WHAT CAN I DO? This is confusing. I hope the Bank is up and doing! |

Tino9n: @All....... Deloitte clearly told us they'll deduct some money (for transactions and clearing costs, or something like that). I'm guessing this also explains why we're getting less of what Facebook wrote. Plus Nigerian banks deduct also.
Congratulations to us! Congrats ooooooo. |

spiceeamiee: If the bank converts with CBN rate it's about 395k but using black market rate is about 480k. Thing is you can't withdraw it over the counter so you can't even sell it to Aboki sef. Na to use either bank rate or just leave it in a dom account. Thanks for the explanation |
Investment › Re: Facebook's N500m Grants Programme For Smbs - Updates by Twinmama(f): 9:36pm On Nov 26, 2020 |
spiceeamiee: We would be losing close to a 100k using CBN rate. Wished this was paid in USD. Would have been much better. Ha, this is bad o, loosing 100k out of 400k is too bad. |
