One Master Oliver Ezra has been feared dead at the early hours of today by officers of the Nigerian police force. Oliver Ezra was before his death an aid to Lau Local government chairman and a graduate of Taraba state university. It was gathered that the deceased was said to be killed at a police checkpoint along Kpanti Napo, near the city of Jalingo, Taraba state. The Nigerian police force which have over the years maintained a strict notoriety for violence, suppression, duplicity and impunity shot master Oliver Ezra who was allegedly said to have refused to pay the gruesome N50 requested by the officer on duty. The refusal and some degree of altercations infuriated the officers and one of them shot Oliver Ezra, thus leading to his untimely death. The news of Oliver's death filtered into Mile six, a district making up the metropolitan county of Jalingo caused an uproar by the youths who then mobilized themselves and blocked traffic along Mile six axis demanding justice to take its course. At the time of filing this report, the Jalingo police command on a bid to calm the raging forces of upheaval in the state disclosed to the public that the two officers involved had been apprehended. |

Hello Nairalanders, I have had an issue which has repeated itself. I got a fairly used laptop which work very fine except the battery capacity. I was dissatisfied with the battery and returned it. It was replaced successfully. I used it till 20% and the system suddenly shutdown, upon all efforts, I was told by a laptop engineer that the battery has been damaged. consequently, I got another battery and this same problem occurred again. please technicians and gurus in the house, what could be the problem? Thank you! |
