davidzfarm18, with my little poultry experience, I'll advise minimum of three days before vaccination. Pls ensure your pipes, tanks, water troughs as the case maybe are thoroughly cleaned and flushed. Remember to give vitamins after vaccination.

There are no standard period to withdraw water, manufacturers may say at least 2 or 3 hours. If you think 2 hours is fine to make ur birds thirsty and consume the vaccine in no time, then its fine.

In my case, I withdraw the water by 6pm of the previous day as I would have to flush and the clean the tanks and pipes ahead.

crownzade, well done sir. Check for the birds that are sleeping, tap them and see if they respond. if they respond by waking up and playing around, no cause for alarm. In case where they're not responding and exhibiting signs of dullness/sickness, then raise alarm. IMO,sir.

We don't get good charcoal here. I spend more than 5k on charcoal for brooding each set of birds.

Gas and Electric brooder are expensive except where you've constant electricity and the scale of ur production is enough to carry the cost.

As Eggcelent said, consider the cost buying cylinders, connecting hoses and all sorts, but where you operate a large scale of production, you can go for it.

Try and research where you can get good charcoal source, its the most economical as long as it does not constitute any side effects on the birds.

Where's your farm? I can recommend good charcoal sources,possibly.

Gas brooder, electric brooder, electric bulbs. It however depends on scale of production. There are gas/electric brooders for 1000 birds, 2000 and more.

BTW, why are you tired of charcoal?

You know what, I have not gotten to that point yet, but my farm is up to standard. I built my slaughter house to standard, with all white tiles inside etc. but I will look into that. With my main business, I deal with Nafdac and ghana FDA all the time with products Registeration. So I will ask a few contact.

By the way guys, does anyone have a Nafdac registration for their farm? If so, please share the process and the cost.

That was the first thing I intend doing but their parents are unpredictable, like I said we don't have a close relationship, just normal greetings. They may say its a lie.

One mistake I did was to call on their parent to see for themselves while the acts were going on. But they were not even at home at that time.

This Happened this Morning

My wife looked over our balcony and somehow she saw our Neighbour's Kids- a boy aged 4 and a girl aged 7 of the same parent having sex behind the house close to the fence.

She came to call me and what I saw was unbelievable; we were upstairs so they didn't realize someone was watching.

For like 10 minutes, we stood to watch in amazement the acts the kids performed- it was purely an adult scene as the kids performed different styles to an extent that the girl had to rub the boy's Joystick and force him to suck her nipples when he couldn't maintain an erection.

I wanted to stop them at first but It was like I was dreaming but at one point called the girl and the two were shocked to see us. They quickly put on their clothes and ran.

I am thinking of telling their parent what we saw but I am afraid they'll defend their kids and take it to be false.

Our relationship with the parent is just Good Morning and that's all.

I don't know where they saw what they performed as this morning show wouldn't be their first time, but I guess they saw their parent doing such.

Shall I tell their parent or... ?
