I unlocked my x25pro recently, main reason being to use when going to work. Its portable and easy to carry around in my bag. And my MTN subscription works on it. So am surprised that your subscription didn't work on your unlocked router

I did a subscription for MTN router and it doesn't work on the airtel router so I am told that if I can get a device to change the IMEI to that of an MTN router then the subscription will work so I did some search online and found that some routers have AT command where IMEI can be changed but mine does not so I am in dire need of how to change the IMEI of my airtel router

Well, I can't say if that's the solution. If there is a way to unlock your Airtel router, it should work without changing IMEI.

Yes....one major reason. Not sweet experience here. Secondly, thinking about the pricing again, it doesn't make sense to me. Hence, the return. I have been notified that my refund has been processed.

I have simulated the scenarios when the war started. I discovered the marine cable we rely on does not pass thorugh that region, so we will be least affected. The same cannot be said for East Africa.

Yes they are. Diesel is expensive. Not all Base stations are currently powered. Networks have to prioritise which facility gets diesel and which doesn't. But this isn't the main concern now.

If the war in the middle east keeps heating up, the marine cable most of the world relies on for internet, Nigeria inclusive might be targeted. Russia has already practiced carrying out such an attack. If that cable gets cut, we will all be f u cked in ways we never thought possible.

Just my observation. If you have somewhere to borrow it, please do and test. I think it has happened to me before and it refused to charge above the watt you mentioned. Cross your Ts so we can know it's not some internal issues.

Recently, for like 2 months now, the network in my area has been abysmal. For MTN, it's almost like someone turns off the data switch once it's 8AM in the morning and then turns it on at 1AM.

From 8AM till 12AM you'd get speed around 200 to 400 kbps. Then from 1 AM to 7AM you get around 70 to 100mbps.

For Airtel you can't just understand them, you'd see 40 Mbps yet you can't do anything with it.

Glo, that one is not even having complete network bar let alone manageable for browsing.

I can't work during the day. I now spend money renting coworking spaces, which becomes very expensive in the long-run.

I just want to know if I can get the Mini Starlink, considering my budget and how I can install it, considering I stay in a 2 storey shared compound. And my flat is on the ground floor.

I've even complained several times to MTN about the issue and all they keep asking is for my number and browsing device and location. Like, what has that got to do with the situation?
