This depends on the industry you want to go into, your own strengths, and what is going on in your target area. Starting a business involves some key things
1. Available market for demand
2. Available source of supply
3. Market trends
4. Location signals
5. Consumer needs
6. Competition
7. Timing
Now it does not matter if you have 10k or 1m, if you don't consider this things first, then you will be on the losing end.
I study consumer behaviour, market trends, and I craft business proposals and plans, so I know.
Right now, the timing is not good for anything other than consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, digital jobs, and freelancing. The reason for the article I posted earlier.
With the restriction of movement in Lagos, I think you can run a customised delivery service that helps people get whatever they need to their doorstep. However you need to be careful, cos of the virus and all.
I believe you can look into freelancing, it's cheaper to start, bit you nee to be patient...
