Oh dear, that looks really nasty.
What nappy and wipes are you using? And how often do you usually change her?

If she is reacting to the nappy, no amount of cream will help if the source is not eliminated.

Try changing the brands you currently use and increase frequency of changing.

I dont know if this will help but considering all the other creams that have been used... there is no harm in trying:

I make my own baby bottom butter with equal quantities of:
Cocoa butter
Shea butter
Cold pressed coconut oil( it should be colourless )
And
Charmomile essential oil ( if you can get) only a few drops are needed

You can adjust the coconut oil quantity depending on the how hard or soft you want the bum butter to be.

If you cant find the essential oil... try chamomile tea bags which may be easier to get. you could make an infusion of charmomile tea and when cooled either rinse the area with it or use it as a wipe solution with a small face towel to wipe babies bum.

My boy of 3+7months started running temp on sunday,he was given avomile,p-alaxin and paracetamol but I noticed his body is usually hot in the night,was thinking it will stop before he finishes the medication but no this night it returned with red eye would have taken him to clinic if now is day but I will do that in the morning,pls what could be wrong with him.

I tink did is impetigo ooooo. My ds experience ds too. He was given antibiotics injection, syrup n gentamicin cream. Always bath wt dettol or salvon. HP it help

Its also contagious. You might wanna trace to figure out where he got it from so you can avoid a repeat. Also like babythug said, make sure nyone that wants to carry him washes their hands. Wash his bedsheet often, generally step up the hygiene around the house so it doesn't get worse. Wanna consult ur pead

Can you put up a picture? It sounds like impetigo to me. You can try gentamicin ointment as a temp measure. Show the pharmacist when buying the cream though!

@missyelo if is less than 5times a day kip on breastfeeding ur baby it will stop.sm babies start teething as early as 3mnths bt is too early 4 him 2 start stooling even if he will jst ensure ur baby hands r clean.
