[quote author=MadamExcellency The case is not different from Saraki's case. Non declaration, false declaration or whatever resemblance has been ruled by the court as a criminal case hence Buhari is facing a criminal charge of false declaration of academic qualifications. The first Buhari lost his position as Speaker of HOR because of this same crime and we are anticipating that Gen Buhari will not only lose his position as President but also his Military pension and time of service. What a tragedy. THESE CAN NEVER HAPPEN IN NAIJA. KEEP DREAMING. |

You all can see how reckless the ex Gov. Ameachi was,he waisted the scared River State resources just to proved a point to his political opponents. If this resources was properly harnessed into the state economy,it could ve created thousands of jobs for the populace. He knew very well that that election will not stand because of the court injunction on it head, yet he went ahead and squander over 4B naira on it. I will not hesitate to conclude that,he conducted that election to cover up his massive loot from the state treasury. |
[Dav24: I am not particularly impressed with the senate president sweeping response, if his hands are truely tied, he should tell us who tie his hands so that we can find a way to untie him. I hope his quest for power has not pushed him into an unholy alliance with the PDP. Let me educate you a bit, his hands are being tied by some sections of our constitution and senate extant laws that empower them to choose their leaders through zonal cacuses and in recognition that legislature is an independent arm of government.(That means there should be no party interferance). You can untie his hands with a section of the constitution that stated other wise. |
When its concerns issues of security and terrorism bothring the country @ the moment, our lawyers shud be mindfull of their utterances.By implication of Mr Aturu's comments :l Mr fawaz and his cohort shuld be released so that they will go team up with other sponsors to scuttle investigation or seal loop holes to uncover their links to boko haram.2 Mr Fawaz shud be charge even wen enough evidence has not been gathered to nail dem in the court of law. Note:discovering cache of arms is not enough to win these case in court going by their statements that they brought in these arms to attack isreal interst in Nigeria.Mr Aturu shud burry his head in shame for making such comments |

It baffles me the way Acn and Apc supporters view and play party politics, let me draw ur minds back to what happend 2011 in Acn wen Governor Fashola had issues with tinubu,Tinubu trreatend Not to endorsed Fashola And removed his deputy for that election. After Fashola beg and prostrated,Tinubu gave his endorsement.Question? Was this not party politics and show of might even though him [Tinubu] is not a nigeria president? but he acted in the capacity of a presido in his party. The romance btw Ameachi and the opposition governors if it was in Acn,they will not only suspend but expel the Governor frm the party. |
Fashola has been committing series of blunders but himself and co party members will talk as if they know it all, come to think of it,is there any different between Acn and others opposition parties? the answer is no.thank God for ATURU who has been able to point to him one of his many blunders hope he listen and do what the masses expect of him as a leader. |
