Appointments are open now.
Go and check the appointment website and book. Lagos is available but Abuja is not available yet. It might come online soon.

Integritycheck: Hello guys, I am new here. Please, I am having an issue with this Avits calendar even before the new directive. The issue I’m experiencing is while trying to schedule my visa interview appointment. Although I have completed my payment and selected a delivery option, The calendar interface on the scheduling page is unresponsive. I cannot click to navigate to upcoming months (e.g., June or July) to view available dates. The system seems to be returning an error indicating there are no available dates for my selected location( note i had to swtich from lagos to abuja and non of these location seem open at all) , but the main issue is that the calendar is not clickable at all, preventing me from checking future availability or proceeding with my scheduling. i have raised countless tickets, and it seems it is a bot that is replying to me. Is there anybody experiencing this issue, or experienced and how was it sorted? Thank you all Hi Comfort Owolabi, I think the message is very clear in your screenshot "there are no appointments for the selected location". |
Romance › Re: Why Are People Still Investing Their Money In Naija Instead Of Using It To Japa by tyor: 10:31pm On Oct 02, 2024 |
Pls give me the names of 5 Nigerians that became wealthy while living abroad? I mean Nigerians with Naija passports (not the ones born nor raised abroad). Just curious about where you got your ideology from. Almost 100% of prominent and wealthy Nigerians (Africans) made it on the continent Pls google “wealthy” if you don’t have an idea of what it truly means Shueld06: As we all know that it’s not possible for any Nigerian to be successful in life And become rich without leaving Nigeria and without relocating to UK, Europe etc. I might be wrong but if you’ve seen anyone successful in naija without moving abroad first, pls quote me on this.
So, this afternoon I passed by a new restaurant and club house recently built by one of our guy who has been in Lagos for years (seems like he’s very well made in Lagos) so he came back and build this, I saw lot of young guys packing their cars and patronizing the club house and music flying around.
What’s painful is that words going around say this guy spent over 100Million naira to invest in this club house. This is well over the amount of money needed to japa to UK with his family. This guy just missed out on what a lot of Nigerians are dying for. Why investing that much when you can use this money to relocate? Is it that some people don’t have anyone advise them? He’s better off selling that place and pack the money and leave for good |

It is poverty mindset. Our rich people have poverty mindset. Their idea of wealth is to flaunt it amongst middle class. They cramp themselves among the poor.
Unlike in other parts of the world (including in Ghana), where rich people have homes in the outskirts with decent acreage, clean air, peaceful and quiet. They maintain a condo in the city for busy periods and during crisis.
In the west, wealthy folks fly chopper or use boats into the city when they have business. They stay over in their city condo if they have to. Rich folks (executive type) come into the city on Monday morning and leave on Thursday night.
Only in Nigeria, the richest man lives in the middle of a mess. The street he lives on is constantly flooded and the road is not properly paved.
If look among the middle class too, you would notice anomalies such as spacious living room and tiny bathrooms with tiny windows. They spend a lot of money on facade but they living quarters look basic.
Our mentality is just flawed. It is what happens when idiots have access to money. |

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: 1.5M Monthly In Nigeria Vs 4k Pounds Monthly In The UK by tyor: 4:15pm On Feb 24, 2022 |
First of all congrats (not for the UK opportunity but) for your ability to earn in the top 1% category in Nigeria. The decision to go to the UK or remain in Naija is dependent on a number of factors that I can speak to if i have more context about your situation. Albeit, a simple way to think about it is this. If you are able to crack top 1% in Nigeria, you ought to be in the same category in markets that are similar to Naija e.g. USA, SA, Brazil, Mexico, etc. At 4K net monthly, you are going to the UK at slightly above median income, you are not getting a deal. As someone that has been in your shoes (now returned to Naij), I can tell you more but offline. engrrichie92: I'm a tech bro, I currently do 1.5M Monthly in Nigeria and I just got a job offer last month in the UK for 4K pounds monthly(after tax)
My guys there be complaining about bills and how hard it is to save and all over there
So, If you were me, which would you pick and why?
Modified: will also like to hear from those in the UK; what do you think guys?...Now that you know how it is over there, what would you advice?
Please help push to front page for more engagements |
