Over the past few years and elections gone bye,I have been an ardent supporter of a political candidate not because of what he can do for the country in general but for his religious and tribal origins. If I'm alone in this myopic thought of mine let me turn into a butterfly.(God 4bid) 2015 elections is just by the way and anywhere you are as an igbo be you male or female, everyone feels that the right thing to do is to vote gej less some exceptions. This is where the igbo as a race need to get wiser and look 'beyond what the eye can see'. They said I should vote jonathan his name is ebele and he answers azikiwe(only during elections) he is an igbo man,he means well for the igbo race. NSI-EFI (bullcrap).people from the south-south always denying that they aren't and have no ties to the igbos yet this time around what happens,we are now brothers 'anyi bu ezi nwanne' why is this, they now need our votes to help one of their own to power. As a hater of politics I don't usually follow all the mumbo-jumbo but where is the 2nd niger bridge he promised, where is the power, where is EVIDENT job creation,I know they would come and start quoting links upon links of jobs created promises made that don't usually translate to what's on ground. When the civil war was being fought how many niger deltans picked up arms and fought with us for a better tomorrow? Now they are crying it is our oil, give us power or we would stop production. If they had joined the biafran struggle with the amount of oil not just in south south alone but also in the south east biafra would be up there with the likes of dubai even if there is the amount of corruption we have now,but no they staid while we were slaughtered. Starved and given 50£(or so),even if you we're worth billions before the war nobody cared. Anybody calling jonathan an igbo man is laying a huge insult on the head of our dead heroes, and yet we are easily swayed and manipulated with tribal sentiments putting aside the matter of jonathan, some people say the igbo people are shallow minded and tribalistic in going to vote for jonathan but truth be told why won't we ? What the south-south has don't to an igbo man is just a fraction of what the north in general has done and would still continue to do. If a close look is taking it would be seen that the yourubas and northeners are at it again, but unlike the last time the yoruba man doesn't want to take a back seat.after the death of over 4million igbo people in the civil war, just because we damanded our sovereignty we were massacred by a millitary in which buhari was a part and parcel and yet he expexcts my vote in good conscience as an igbo man chukwu ekwekwana ihe ojo. Whenever has the north made the interest of the igbo man a matter to them yet they want our votes The moment the igbo man realises that nigeria must continue to be polarised until a generation devoid of past bitterness rises that moment we would be freed of our shackles, playing into the hands of elders who are just there for their own political gain My 2 cents: don't vote anyone in just because he is a southerner or hate someone because he is a northerner, vote who affects your needs personally, none of them deserve our votes based on ordinary sentiment so we should look beyond that,if you vote jonathan and you would be made an aide or whatever vote him,if you vote gmb and you would gain millions vote him, they are all the same each man looking our for the best interest of his tribe and so should we #halfofayellowsun if you insult me ike gi agba uka,its none of my business I won't reply you its a free world |

This year would be the 8th year I'd be using dstv services in nigeria and although multichoice has tried to improve on some aspects of their paytv brand they stll leave a lot to be desired, there are some issues I would list out which I would like multichoice to look into 1.Troubleshooting: there is no dstv error code I haven't encountered over the years and these are very annoying, just imagine watching your favourite show your decoder trips comes on again trips like 2 to 3 times and without loading any channel comes on and tells you to clean your smartcard. This is a serious no no,what If I have guests over and your watching a big game and this happens this is very embarrasing. 2.Customer care: so when your decoder is having troubles and you can't access any dealer or agent you decide to contact the multichoice customer care center only to discover that your being charged for the call !,in most foreign providers such as sky and the likes customer care is toll free. Added to the fact that you resolve problems which you didn't create with your own credit you are put on hold if you want to speak to an agent. If mtn puts me on hold I don't really care but when I'm being billed per second it isn't really funny. The one that really got me was a certain day I contacted the customer care by 8:56pm whilst unbeknown to me they close by 9:00pm,I was put on hold for like forever so I cut the call, called back again and was told that the customer care was closed for the day,so if I hadn't cut the call all my credit would have been jacked. 3.Rating: the rating on most channels and programs is very inaccurate. A situation when a terrestial channel like mitv is rated 18 is uncalled for,Etv airs girls of the playboy mansion which gets a rating of just 16 where most times frontal nudity from the waist upwards is a regular thing.also mtvbase and soundcity leave a lot to be desired of their censoring most especially soundcity with words such as 4ck,booty,niggaa obviously audible and videos showing bodyparty for eg bj the chicago ft schoolboyq studio and kid ink ft usher and tinashe body language these videos have a lot of skin being flashed with no censoring whilst being rated 16. 4:lack of adult content: this has been hotly debated over the past years with several surveys carried out with no outcome.with the parental block available adult contents should be added to enable adult users get good value for their money.such channels such as playboytv, penthouse etc can be included as add ons or straight up The list could go on and on but these are just the major issues, hopefully multichoice would rectify all these |
My own personal advice to jambites is to steer clear of unizik. That school is riddled with corruption added to the fact that they don't release any admission list just your own personal admission checker which is a major way of ripping of candidates who cleared their jamb and utme with flying colours |
Retail price would be like 8000 here |
cyprus000:Lmao,and after they say girls don't like to do d deed |
cyprus000:If na fyn girl u go still call am pest? No lie o |
gracile:and here was I thinking that girls never take no for an answer |
Mprex:Ps take this maturedly I've actually rejected some girls who made the first advance in the past.so what your saying is not entirely true |
This has been a very puzzling issue to me for some time now.guys normally spend lots of cash, enter friendzone on purpose and do so many other stupid things to win the girl over, apart from seduction pls what other way does a female handle such Yes I'm a guy Its just out of curiosity |
As usual only diversionary tactics no real argument against d op U might not realise it now but this case in d right hands can end buhari's aspirations |
waleadex:The research was death count based |
I will be your GOD and you shall be my people Even after holocaust and all |
10 Ismail Enver Pasha Of the many dictators that have killed in the quest for power, perhaps Ismail Enver Pasha was one of the most unique. He was the leader of the Young Turk Revolution and became more powerful as he led the Ottoman Empire in World War I and the Balkan Wars. But despite his experience on the battlefield, he was still very bad at leading an army as he lost battle after battle. What’s even worse is that he killed over 1.5 million Armenians and over 1 million people of other races just to compensate for his shameful loss in Sarikamish. 9 Omar al-Bashir As President of Sudan, Omar al-Bashir was the ruler that negotiated the end of the Sudanese Civil War by giving in to what the Sudan People’s Liberation Army was requesting. Although what he did was considered fair and noble, the agreement directly led to wars in Darfur that claimed the lives of about 400,000 people due to violence and starvation. 8 Pol Pot Being the communist leader of Cambodia, Pol Pot had envisioned a country that would be equal by any means. So he thought of sending city people to the farms and the farm people to the city. As expected, he did not get the results he wanted so he then resorted to punishing people and depriving them of their right to education, medication, and nutrition. He even executed about 2.5 million who were not following his ideals. 7 Yahya Khan General Agha Mohammad Yahya Khan was very active during the Second World War and became the third President of Pakistan. As expected, he instituted martial law and ruthlessly led a war against Eastern Pakistan. His policies left millions dead. 6 Nicholas II Anti-Semitic, idealistic, and very violent, “Bloody Nicholas” as he was sometimes called cost Russia 3 million lives. 5 Hideki Tojo When he was assigned to be general in the Imperial Japanese Army, Hideki Tojo was not content with his position so he also assumed the position of Prime Minister, Army Minister, Home Minister, Foreign Minister, Education Minister, and Commerce Minister…talk about a lot of responsibility. He also made ties with the Nazis hoping that he would rise to power alongside Hitler. Due to his relentless acts of attacking other Asian countries, he was directly responsible for the deaths of over 5 million individuals. 4 Josef Stalin Josef Stalin became the leader of Soviet Union after Lenin died in 1924, and launched government programs that would make the country more progressive. His attempt to move to the new economy, however, led to the starvation of nearly 10 million people. With many intellectuals and activists not in favor of his leadership, Stalin also launched the “Great Purge”, killing every person who opposed him and his ideals. 3 Leopold II As a colonial leader of Belgium, Leopold II was famous for essentially enslaving and killing nearly 15 million Congolese under the guise of his Congo Free State. Other European powers had granted him the territory in order to improve the lives of its inhabitants. Instead he used them for his own personal gain and committed some of the worst atrocities in history. 2 Adolf Hitler To most people Adolf Hitler does not need much of an introduction as he was famous for being the leader of the Nazis – a German party that was responsible for the deaths of over 17 million people including 6 million Jews and after leading the entire world into war as well as committing numerous war crimes he certainly deserves a spot on this list. 1 Mao Zedong Famous for being one of the communist leaders of the Republic of China beginning around World War II, Mao Zedong was a ruler who thirsted for power. In his first five years, he killed about 4 to 6 million by indiscriminately sentencing them to death. His policies also starved about 20 million and on top of that he had numerous enemies of the state executed. |
25.Robert mugabe President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe is said to have risen to power via electoral deception and fearmongering. There was even one election where he did not receive any votes in a certain province so he orchestrated the killing of over 20,000 civilians by fabricating stories of rebellion and treason. During his time in office over 3.1 million Zimbabweans lost their homes, jobs, and livelihood due to his “land reform program” aka bulldozing any village that voices dissent. 24 Vlad III Although Vlad III has been deeply associated with stories about vampires and Dracula, Vlad is more famous for being one of the most tyrannical leaders in history not only because so many people were killed during his reign but also because of his delight in violence and the cruel treatment of prisoners and rebels. He enjoyed impaling his victims and supposedly even bathed in their blood. 23 Kim Jong-Il Recently deceased, Kim Jong-Il had nearly a quarter million people arrested during his rule and is directly responsible for the starvation and deaths of million of North Koreans. 22 Idi Amin Dada Even though Idi Amin Dada ruled Uganda for only eight years from 1971 to 1979, he took full advantage of his time in command to put his wrath on display. Roughly half a million people lost their lives due toextrajudicial killings and genocide during this time. 21 Vladimir Lenin Probably no one in history has received more assassination attempts than Vladimir Lenin. Of course, given the fact that he instituted the “Red Terror” or the systematic elimination of millions of people, including members of his own political party, this should come as no surprise. 20 Emperor Hirohito Emperor Hirohito reigned in Japan during World War II and although the accusations made against his leadership are not as significant as some others on this list, the debate still rages as to whether or not he was responsible for the war crimes committed by his military and how much control he really had. 19 Koki Hirota Like Emperor Hirohit, Koki’s ability and power to affect the atrocities committed by the military was questionable. Unlike Hirota, however, he was executed for war crimes that included being privy to information that could have prevented numerous atrocities. 18 Leonid Ilyich Brezhnev Being a communist leader for the Soviet Union, it should come as no surprise that Leonid Brezhnev fit right into the senselessly violent shoes of his predecessors, Stalin and Lenin. His leadership was marred with the blood of genocide against the Moldovans, Volga Germans, Cossacks, Poles, and even Armenians. 17 Chiang Kai-shek As the successor of Sun Yat-sen, Chiang Kai-shek of China was a very formidable leader whose ideals, goals, and dreams were for the sake of giving China a whole new government, away from the common ground of Communism which had lasted for so many years. He was known as the “White Terror”, purging the opposition for better leadership and country stability. All in all roughly 1 million died as a result of his initiatives. 16 Kaiser Wilhelm II Kaiser Wilhelm II was the last emperor of Germany up until 1918. Know for his inability to control the military and inept command, he probably wasn’t nearly as deadly as he was incapable. Nevertheless, his time as emperor caused the deaths of millions. 15 Ho Chi Minh Ho Chi Minh became president of North Vietnam by means of violence and fear. Another dictator who seemed to be trigger happy with his land reforms, over 100,000 people were executed as a result. Others who experienced famine and seclusion in war camps numbered to over 1 million. 14 Yakubu Gowon Yakubu Gowon was the leader of Nigeria at the time when oil was found in the Niger delta, which was also pursued by Ojukwu of eastern Nigeria. Although both sides signed the “Aburi Accord”, it didn’t really do much in the way of creating peace. Gowon ‘s ruthless military tactics in the ensuing war led to the deaths of over 1 million civilians. 13 Mengistu Haile Mariam Mengistu Haile Mariam of Ethiopia had no qualms about eliminating anyone he considered to be opposition. When he gave his introductory speech, he announced death to the revolution and to the EPRP (Ethiopian People’s Revolutionary Party). He showed his conviction to his the message by throwing three bottles filled with blood from his pedestal. He also initiated the movement to kill thousands of “Kebeles” on the streets, garroting the resistance to death, and even taxing families when requesting for the return of the dead bodies of their loved ones. Overall, he left about 1.5 million deaths in his wake. 12 Kim Il Sung Sick and delusional as he could be, Kim Il Sung of North Korea led a nation using force, aggression, and deception. He lossed so much respect from his people that he ended up blaming the US for the nation’s suffering, spreading the news that the biggest superpower has spread an epidemic throughout the countryside. To make it more convincing, he killed 1.6 million of his own people. 11 Saddam Hussein Saddam Hussein was a well-known leader that instigated numerous conflicts in his lifetime. He instituted mass genocide against the Kurds, Shabaks, Assyrians, Mandeans and other ethnic groups who rebelled against his leadership and fought several wars against Iran and Kuwait, with the death toll climbing to about 2 million in total. |
