Infrastructures, economy wise Lagos state remain the most developed state in Nigeria, the only in state that outshined is & limit is region.
For a example in SS, SE, Northern region every states are working hard to outshine each other in development, many states in SS, SE dreams are equal playing ground from FG to work like Lagos, if possible do better or outshine them completely.

I use my state AkwaIbom as example we have the resources & potentials reasons we want to open all means of transportation Air, Land, Water but FG is limiting our water (seaport) completion, we believe if Lagos can do it we can also.

Naturally human grow by competition, ability to set target but I observed Lagos challenged other Nigeria states in development than SW states.
A Yoruba friend once told me that Lagos is doing more arms than good to SW states, it said the major political class are abounding their state of origin & claimed Lagos, almost all outstanding development & infrastructures are taking to Lagos even their citizens are now claiming Lagos some are not even proud of their SW origin which at the long run Lagos will annex them starting from Ogun.

He compared SW to other regions by saying Anambra or Enugu will almost want to outshine Ebonyi or Imo in development, their indigene are proud of their state including SS states, none of the big political class will ever claim any state rather everyone are developing their state at same speed.
Just hope we look above tribalism & develop all our states just like in US Europe etc for better living for all Nigerian
