PoliticsElection Materials: INEC Has Nothing To Hide, Yakubu Assures LP by ubest1(op): 5:02pm On Mar 13, 2023
The Independent National Electoral Commission has assured the Labour Party’s legal team that it will provide all the documents the party has requested for its ongoing suit against the commission and the president-elect, Bola Tinubu, before the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal.

The chairman of the electoral body, Mahmood Yakubu, gave the assurance when Labour Party’s legal head, Dr Livy Uzoukwu, led a 60-man legal team to a meeting with representatives of INEC in Abuja on Monday to discuss modalities for obtaining the documents.

Saying the commission has nothing to hide, Yakubu further assured that Resident Electoral Commissioners at the state level would also make available necessary documents to the party speedily.

He said, “INEC has nothing to hide. Documents available at the HQ will be given immediately. We are meeting with Resident Electoral Commissioners today and we will discuss how other documents at the state level could also be made available to you speedily.”

Recall that INEC had come under fire for its failure to upload the results of the presidential election from all polling units across the federation to its Results Viewing Portal on election day.

Consequently, party agents of the Labour Party, the Peoples Democratic Party and some others, had staged a walkout from the National Collation Centre in Abuja in protest against the collation and results announced by the commission.

This Obi and his people don’t want this country to move forward, it’s so sad. Is Obi the first to lose an election? What’s his problem for God’s sake?
PoliticsRe: We Should Be Demanding For “E-Collation”; And Not IREV-Portal Photos Of Results by ubest1(m): 2:25pm On Mar 13, 2023
Me, as an ICT analyst, with BVAS we can vote directly from the BVAS machine screen and it transmit automatically into cloud server to eliminate ballot papers thumbprint, anything Manually written except signature from BVAS machine voting result printout. The PU officers will be giving limited password right where the machine will be configure what ever input go in can't be edit or delete.

Ward collection centers should be eliminated completely this where the entire rigging take place.

PoliticsI’m Challenging The Process, Not Outcome, Says Obi (see The Implications) by ubest1(op): 12:07pm On Mar 13, 2023
The presidential candidate of the Labour Party in the February 25 Presidential and National Assembly elections, Peter Obi, has said that he is challenging the process leading to the declaration of the President-elect, Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress, as the winner of the election and not the declaration itself.

For those who don't understand this let me with my little knowledge break it down

1. Obi challenging APC directly in court with sitting & incoming president it won't be easy winning just like all other previous presidential tribunal cases.
2. Challenging the process is automatically between INEC & LP, INEC will be handicap fighting against is electoral act which will destroy the body image globally.
3. This case automatically set APC aside because APC defending INEC here seem as collaborate act of criminality.
4. APC SAN will be handicap here only prays INEC win, if INEC lose automatically the election will be cancel.
[b]5. As the direct beneficiary of the challenged process APC SAN has nothing to defend here in court than wait & look because nobody involve them just like state Govt took FG to court without involving CBN in Naira redesign

God bless Nigeria
