In many countries the issue of piracy has made many musicians broke. They don't make much money from their music album . They now try other means of making the money


1. Music Video
This brings them a lot of money than before. They make money from videos mainly from their YouTube channel. Imagine a video with 100,000,000 views .

2. Celebrity Endorsement
Getting an endorsement deal can add extra cash to the musicians account.
Celebrity Endorsement means acceptance by a celebrity. Musicians make millions of money just by endorsing/accepting a product or service.

3. Licensing
There are many adverts,TV shows,presentations,movie soundtrack which songs are used and for you to make use of a song you have to pay the owner .

4. Concert/shows
This is a way they make extra money.
By performing at events. Top artists can perform at least 5-30 shows a year.

5. Getting a Record Deal
They make money from working for an entertainment company/Record label. They sign record deal/contracts which they do for a specified time.

6. Selling merchandise
Musicians also make money from selling fashionable stuff . they can decide to make a shirt for their hit song .

7. Legal battle (copyright )
Copyright is a legal right created by the
law of a country that grants the creator
of an original work exclusive rights for
its use and distribution.
An artist can make money if you misuse his musical works .

8 Ringing/caller tune
They generate income whenever their songs are used for caller tunes .

9 Acting
When you see an artist in a movie or an advert , you should know that money is involved.

No matter any thing, people love attending churches that plays good music.

Charcoal iron has been the best alternative to electric iron. But people are scared of making use of charcoal iron due to its uncontrollable temperature and stain. Here are some tips on how to use a charcoal iron without any problem

(1) test the iron before use : This can be done by using a piece of cloth to test the temperature of the charcoal iron to avoid burning of your cloth

(2) Use only clean material as underlay : dirty underlay may cause your clothes to absorb stains. In order to avoid stain absorption get a clean underlay.

(3) Constantly check the charcoal to avoid its particles from staining or burning your cloth :When using a charcoal iron they are droplets of burning charcoals that can fall on your clothes. You have to blow away those particles of charcoal and dust.

(4) For reducing the temperature : you can soak a cloth or towel with water where you can drop the iron in order to reduce the temperature

(5) After use don't drop the iron on bare floor : Dropping your charcoal iron on a bare floor can cause your charcoal iron to stain.

(6) Don't quench with water inside the iron: many people do pour water inside their iron in order to quench the iron. It is wise because it can make the charcoal iron to rust

(7) Don't iron wet white clothes with your charcoal iron: Wet white clothes are stain absorbers. Allow your white clothes to dry before ironing them.

(Clean your iron once in a while : you should brush the rusted parts of the iron to prevent stain and further rusting .

(9) Iron on a flat surface : you have to make sure that your table and your underlay are flat to prevent stains that can be caused by using a non flat surface

(10) Don't use smokey charcoal : the fumes from a smokey charcoal iron can be absorbed by your clothes. Make sure that the burning charcoal is free from smoke.This can be caused by using charcoal that still have wood on them.

I started blogging on blogger and later migrated to WordPress due to bandwidth issues I decided to go back to blogger.
But my challenge is that i tried setting my domain with the cname record that I used before moving to WordPress .
Should i delete the blog an create new one ? because If I add the domain it does not show me new Cname record, so I used the old Cname record in mapping it but its not working.
