2. Job Summary / Responsibilities:

iii. Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
iv. Ensures the development of proper training and documentation for functional areas.
v. Provides recommendations and consults with management on projects and strategic goals.
vi. Develops and implements new or revised policies and procedures for internal use.
vii. Provides full oversight for projects/programs including project scope and management of cross functional project teams.
viii. Basic Accounting reporting for operational activities of the NGO.
ix. Builds and trains staff on policies and procedures to achieve department and organizational goals.
x. ICT operations covering graphics, social media management, etc.
xi. Perform any other duties, assigned at any time by the Executive Director or any Member of the Board acting in the capacity of the Executive Director.

As much as, we want to condemn the pilot for the grave error that he had done in the wrong dropping of the bomb on the IDP camp. I would also want to remember the pilot and his family at a time like this. His wife would always be remembered as the wife of the pilot that killed many at the IDP camps.
His many successful campaigns in this fight against the insurgents has just been erased off with this error that might not even be his. I pray that God grants him the strength to go through this moment.
Guess what He is a brother to someone, a father to a child, a husband to a woman, a son to a mother and a friend to many.

Lol. I'm not desperate for a job. I've NEVER honored any interview based on Sms invite. Since my graduation from technical school, I've NEVER worked with a mushroom company neither do I attend their interviews.

Multinational organization don't send you Sms invitee ONLY. They back it up with a mail.

The last one I went to at ibadan, the HR personnel happen to be a very good friend, and he told me he had to get to the office on Monday (ileya public holiday) just to send the mail cos the interview had already been scheduled for Thursday.

That's what serious minded organizations do!!

But unfortunately it affects your ability to receive messages from bulk SMS, Which is the major and primary means of sending messages for most recruiters. We have a secondary means of emails but major applicants check their Facebook updates rather than their emails these days in recent times.

How do you make sure that you are not affected by this is to call your GSM operator's call center to ensure that you have not activated this or you increase your frequency for your email checkup.
