If you understand world history you will refrain from calling your fore-fathers' cultures as barbaric and wicked. You will see that our cultures and religions were far better and refined than what the white men thrust unto us. How many examples can I put here? that is why I advise that you make yourself knowledgeable, find books and please READ.

I believe that you have little knowledge of world history. Please try to read up, you can start by reading the book I mentioned in my first posting.

We have to blame ourselves too. I've seen people emptying sacks of waste in drainages. Actions like that leads to flooding and there's little or nothing the govt can do about it.

People drop rubbish into drains because the state has made it difficult for them to dispose same without incurring so much cost.
Imagine if you are unemployed, you need to pay for high cost of schools, house rent,electricity etc and then the government added cost of disposing refuse to the list..... I am just saying

Concrete facia is good for the arid and windy climate of the northern region where you are building, however you need to consider the original building design.

You have only shown us the building plan, what about the elevations and roof plan?
