Don't you think Buhari is misunderstood most of the time? Not neglecting the fact that the retired General is not a good communicator.

Or are you suggesting that GEJ withdrew the charges without proper investigation and prosecution (as he's wont to do though) because he thought he heard Buhari say something? That would be the height of cluelessness, you know.
Good communicator or not is not an excuse for him to make that statement about a well known thief BTW he serve under Abacha as PTF chairman so I believe they (GEJ and Buhari) are the same, thieves

Thanks.

However I do like to state categorically that APC do not have paid agents. We Progressives understand the minuscule value of democracy and true leadership in addition to progress and as such we would not indulge in any form of wagerial service in other to e-promotize our great party.

All what we do and say is of our own will and desire. We are patriots and do not collect bribe or payment to herald a cause. So sir no am not a paid agent. And there is nothing of such in the APC, the PDP might have one I don't know, as I won't want to indulge in propaganda talks.

Thanks.

Vote APC!! Vote General Muhammad Buhari 2015!!.

PoliticsRe: Ken Saro Wiwa's Last Words Before His Execution On 10 Nov. 1995 by Ucheosefoh(m): 7:17am On Nov 10, 2014
Ymodulus:
Ken Saro wiwa is an epitome example of how a country and its government should not let a foreign company exploit them all in the name of Oil , money. Its a trajectory case of an economic prophet seeing the harm a non indeginous company can wreck on indigenes of the location where the company So-Sits.

While I never knew Ken saro wiwa. Having x-rayed his non-violent campaign and struggle for light for his people and the way he his not been imortalised. I am soo worried and had to ask myself several questions about PDP , APC, Nigerian Masses

1. Has Jonathan read about Ken's history?
2. If yes then why has he not used this opportunity to effect change and actualize that goal Ken Saro Wiwa wanted. Why has he failed to realized that this is the time he needs to look beyond Umbrellized covering, so as to do something great for his nation
3. Why has the People Democratic Party not made shell face up for its crimes? Even the united state in 2009 made shell faced for the court for ken saro wiwa killings

Looking at ken saro wiwa struggle and the way he was killed, coupled with the fact that the Nigerian leaders had Saro Wiwa and his movement sentenced to death without option of Appeal all for money, I am troubled that A PROGRESSIVE WILL NEVER RULE THIS NATION

KEN SARO WIWA was a true progressive like GENERAL MUHAMMAD BUHARI. Ken was recognized, valued and cherished by the international community at larged, same way General Muhammad Buhari, Tinubu, Fashola have been worshipped and valued by the international communities.

For a country whose oil resources could have lead it to become one of the wealthiest in Africa, the Niger Delta region remains an impoverished conflict zone and is still dominated by the transnational oil companies which continue to pollute the area’s water and resources.

The memory and the courageous efforts of Ken Saro-Wiwa would live on. I know if he was alive he would have been a member of the All Progressive Congress. Sir Ken, i wiuld like to tell you that even at your death yiu are already a member. Saro wiwa I love you. But the APC Progressives love you most.

Fellow Nairalander, the story of ken saro wiwa is a valid reason as to why we need to vote APC to power come 2015. Let me live you with the modified words of a Chinua Nkelom Achebe

"There was a progressive" - Albert Chinualumogu Achebe.

Ymodulus
smh tag along, progressive indeed you guys always look for opportunity to campaign for buhari even to the extend of editing a article to suit your propaganda.

I was in abuja when el Rufai made that statement that 70% of land in Abuja are owns by igbo when he was demolishing slum in abuja anr Igbos were shouting that he is attacking them.
'
70% of land in Abuja is not own by Igbos. ...no statistics to support such claim because Abuja has very diverse population of all the ethnic group and I doubt if igbos even make up 25% of her population
Population have nothing to do with land ownership but the purchasing power of the people involved. In 2007, the Minister for FCT,Mallam Nasir el-Rufai
declared that 'Igbos have acquired about 73
percent of landed property in Abuja'.
He was addressing a gathering of South East
elected officials,he also revealed how the National
Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP,
Senator Ahmadu Ali abused him for demolishing
his house in Asokoro District in Abuja. On a lighter
mood, el-Rufai called on the Igbos to take Abuja as
the sixth state of the South East in view of their
dominance of the real estate sector of the FCT.
He pointed out that such dominance explains why
the Igbos appear to have been the worst victims of
the demolition exercise in the territory. For
instance, he said 68 percent of the land allocations
in the FCT belong to the 19 Northern states, but in
actual land ownership, 73 percent belong to the
Igbos with the most aggressive in land ownership
belonging to the indigenes of Anambra State, while
Ebonyi lags behind.
In Benue State, in 2010, when the Igbo community
resolved to boycott the popular Zaki Biam Yam
Market, the biggest in the nation, over
disagreements with the host community, the
market ran into serious challenges. In reaction to
this, Governor Gabriel Suswan said: 'Any state
government that ignores the Igbo does so at the
risk of its economy.
It is in this wise that I appointed a high-powered
official in my government from the Igbo community
to liaise between me and the community…; as we
develop further, the issue of where one hails from
will no longer be an issue because people from
other communities would contest and win elections
in communities where they reside and have made
contributions'.

Logas skyline is relatively underdeveloped compared cities in country with comparable population and needs. The lesser space you have and more the commercial level of a city the more you go up
I don't know for PH and Kano but but for lagos and Abuja especially Abuja na from former minister mouth the statistics came out from when he mention that Igbos own 70% of lands in Abuja and one tribalist northern politician making a comment about Igbos domination of Abuja and the nation's economy

Lol so you're leaving your good and modern buildings in the east to live in brown roofs in the west? I thought we already agreed that Westerners haven't contributed anything to other parts of Nigeria? I can't imagine myself waking up and packing my bags to travel to the East and invest anything. Even the thought of it is funny. When you people don't even like your place enough to stay there and develop it, I'll be the one to go and invest there? The North and East of Nigreria are almost the same, Poverty and security wise. No incentive to go and contribute anything there.
lol when migrating to the west we are talking of lagos only you can't go to the east to invest when you don't have the resources na person wey get money de invest, poor people have no business with investment. Like I said earlier Igboland was destroyed during the war and we left en mass after the war to other places for survival we succeeded and we conquered, we rebuild our lands with the money we make from other places including overseas, that is why we have cities like Onitsha, Aba and Nnewi which have no government involvement to their development especially FG. These cities have been able to hold on their own without outside contributions, yorubaland have two states that have access to the sea Ogun and Lagos with the latter having the only fully functioning seaport where all business men in Aba, Onitsha, Nnewi, Kano, Kaduna and other commercial cities import their goods from, international business men will like to locate their business near seaport which is in lagos and Ogun state which is close and the governors will take advantage of it to provide the enabling environment for foreign investment, so advantages of the geographic location of yorubaland is only second to the nigerdelta while the east and the north have the least advantage being land lock regions yet we are able to hold our own.

About contributions to other regions in Nigeria, there is just no incentive for a Yoruba man in Lagos, Ibadan or Abeokuta to leave his place and go East or North, Economic incentive or otherwise. The South West is the most prosperous region in Nigeria, economically. It doesn't make sense leaving here to go to Kano or Onitsha. On the other hand, hundreds of Easterners and Northerners migrate to the south west everyday. The Northerners engage in manual labour jobs, security and small scale trading. The Easterners are mostly traders. All this talk about easterners contributing to anything is just nonsense talk. You guys are economic migrants. You said so yourself, you started coming in droves after the Civil war when Poverty was killing you in the east.
If poverty is having good and modern buildings and development and progress is having brown roof cities I rather choose the former. Mr man can't you people list your contributions to the development of this country outside yorubaland is that too much to ask for?
TravelRe: 10 Unbelievable Photos Of Lagos You Will Mistake For London by Ucheosefoh(m): 1:15pm On Nov 09, 2014

Tell me which ethnic region/tribe do not have mansions and businesses in Lagos. The input of those other major ethnic groups to the delopment of Lagos and their stake in her is far
greater than that of the igbo. Going by your logic, all ethnic regions in Nigeria have a say in Lagos affairs.
Secondly, you should ask yourself why these business men you listed chose to conduct their business in Lagos SW and not alaigbo or any other states in Nigeria. SW states have innovative approach to attracting foreign direct investments (FDI). Our environment is one within which business can be run without any hitch. They didn't come to lagos because they love the Yoruba or wants to improve the fortune of the lagosians but because they saw it as a conducive destination for business, industry and commerce just like other SW states like Ogun and Oyo.
So when we have everything at our disposal why should we run to other cities to invest. what will other cities offer us that the SW in its entirety cannot offer? SW has a lot of benefits to offer for investors which SE cannot provide. Between, we are accommodating and tolerant. investors feel at home in the SW hence the reason for chosen as their choice of destination for investment. Whether you like it or not, SW has the highest number of industries in Nigeria. Thanks to our state governments who made this possible through its efforts in creating an enabling environment that would attract local and foreign investors.
Less I forget we have many prominent Yoruba business mean and women in port Harcourt because that is our second place we feel at home. Sorry but we cannot invest in your erosion ravaged city. I have the directory of oil and gas services and other companies in Nigeria with me. Youba and Hausa takes the lead. We don't do petty business and we are not traders.
The input of other tribes in lagos put together maybe be greater but by tribes no. Yorubaland have the largest number of industries yes reasons geographic and political factors, lagos is at the sea side and was made the capital by colonial masters and nigerian government maintain the statue due till it was taken to Abuja, it makes lagos the commercial center of the nation, Ogun state because of its closeness and the population in lagos many factories, industries, businesses and churches relocated to Ogun state in other to service the lagos market, Oyo state is another beneficial. List the names of the prominent yoruba men and women that have businesses in PH and the names of their companies is that too much to ask too. Yoruba can't invest in Igboland because you people can't change your brown roof cities na another man land una go invest
