Yeah i understand that. But it cannot be complete chaos there now. At least some form of orderliness with how they store stuff. So they can know which one has been there for more than a month, three and even half a year.
How can they just completely ignore the old ones because they are "overwhelmed".
What about we that are waiting, we are underwhelmed and very patient.

I was at the post office to collect a different package and when the woman checked for this particular one she said that she couldn't see any information on it (normally the thing should show insert item into bag like another tracking number i gave her) but it was blank.
She was like don't worry it will come but my guy i go worry

It's AESS. But you know it's not as straightforward as that. This one that FG has okayed reopening schools. And Sure, of course it would come. But the WHEN is the problem. It's not like I'm not going to wait o. But you can't expect me to not have a phone for 3months+ and say "it would come". Lol. I'd rather get the money back, settle for something else and when the phone arrives i sell what i settle for and send the money i get from it to the seller.

yeah parcel are coming in fast these days but nipost is slowing things .how can someone parcel spend just 14days from china to Nigeria and more than one month from Nigeria to final destination.Nipost,we are watching

I'll extend my buyer protection before it runs out. At least after that, when i open dispute if still doesn't come (maybe that would be about 110 days) they would know I've tried my best.

I have been able to get the loyalty of the woman such that she helps me keep my parcels at her shop. Usually she calls but I've been doing the calling of late. For weeks at a time, I'm usually away and she keeps 'em for me. So aside Sundays anytime I'm in town and I have parcels, I just inform her I'll be stopping by. Like today for instance, I asked her to keep the 300 naira change. 200 naira was handling fees.

Bros, I strongly thought that way too, but items have been coming into the country. The problem has been NIPOST not doing their job of sorting parcel and of updating logistics info.

They are still feigning having COVID-19 blues when the rest of the world is getting their acts together and moving forward.

That being said, I took delivery of another item today. I won the dispute long ago.
Ordered - 22/04/20
Shipped - 29/04/20
Transit - 130 days
Shipper - SingPost
Had to call the postwoman to inquire if I had parcel.

Note the quiescent period in logistics info from 10th July to 19th August (circled in purple). The updated logistics info is still stuck on "arrived destination". Meanwhile another item that had updated into the normal "failed delivery" for over two weeks now is yet to surface.

Shameless is an understatement. I strongly feel the problem we are facing is due to fault of the workers themselves and not necessary the federal govt most times. They just do whatever they like and say what ever they want. I called and sent an email with my tracking number ( it has been on despatched to overseas since july) I was told that it’s not in the country yet. And because I had a feeling they gave me mumu reply I decided to ask about another order that has been delivered to me already ooo since August but still showing despatched to overseas also. And I was still told that it is also yet to arrive the country.
I swear since the beginning of this year I have heard many dumb statements from some of these Nipost workers that I can’t even repeat here because the info is sooo wrong and foolish.

it seems nipost are programmed to reply that nonsense bcus i decided to mail them and dey still replied that my parcel is in transit to Nigeria and it has been in Nigeria since august

So today I picked up this order from the post office, 109 days after it was shipped.

I'm happy the order eventually came because purchase protection expired 19 days ago and I lost the dispute.

For me, no more ordering until the logistic services are fully restored to normal.

I think the major problem for despatched to overseas is not from aliexpress. Mine has been in despatched since August 8. So I decided to call nipost number that I found online yesterday evening. The guy that picked asked for my tracking number and told me go to the post office today. My package is already there, and I got it this morning. And it's still in despatched

Yes but it won't say refund complete. Once it says refund complete that means they've sent the money but I haven't seen the money

after it says refund complete,u have to wait btw 3 to 20 working days.aliexpress has paid the money when it says refund complete,its left for ur bank to process it for u.
