Nipost ain't serious, I have a package showing arrival at destination country since the 11th of July, it still hasn't gotten to my Post office, while orders after that have been collected.

So how would one apply for a dispute in a case like that?

dey managed to pick my call for the ist time today and told me the same thing i was told last week on FB.that my parcel is being transported to warri but dey dnt know when it will get to me

i wonder if it takes forever for nipost to transport parcel from lagos to warri.

You can get away with paying dirt cheap transport fare but it could also turn to the worst nightmare with dem robbery or kidnapping shyte.

It's usually small packages or inconsequential items that are usually sent thru though Yanwen or Cainiao portals. For phones anything less than DHL, FedEx or AESS na scam o.

The post office people or customs will be tempted to steal such.

The item is in Nigeria, you'll just have to wait for it to get to your location. You can also call the number given to you by Lemon.z to know it's exact location

Hi guys..I made an order in june and I'm kinda lost concerning it's current location. Aliexpress is saying order completed but the tracking sites terminates at july or so..When i try to search the item on nipost site, it tells me the tracking code isn't recognized

try using track 24 or 17tracking site

Was called for three parcels today.

Two (Yanwen) had been in transit for 5 months. The third was on transit for 35 days. AESS (via Singapore post). All three parcels were small. I noticed the items trickling in for me for the past two weeks (5 so far) are all small parcels. Large parcels shipped earlier and later, even those that had shown "arrived destination" for 2 weeks now are yet to be delivere. Apparently, NIPOST is sorting out the small parcels leaving the big ones to gather dust till a later time when the resume full service.

I just got a call to come pick up another order. They say it's a phone pack. I don't know if they mean 'smartphone' or 'phone case' cos those are the two orders I'm expecting right now. My optimism is high on the smartphone tho.
