Mine is a headphone (Anker)
Ordered 20th of May, shipped the following day.
I have been to the Post office several times ..... nothing
I asked seller to extend purchase protection, still it didn't come.
Eventually purchase protection ended and I opened dispute, guess maybe because I didn't provide enough evidence , I wasn't refunded.
I went to the post office last Monday, made a lot of noise i was connected to the regional head, who tracked the package and said it was not found that I should be patient.
This is 2nd item this covid period that I was refunded for. The first was hair.
Something really needs to be done.
I have been on twitter, nipost handle, but nobody responds to the numerous complaints I see there.
This has to stop.
I am going to send a link of this page to the regional head l spoke with last Monday.
Let's keep complaining , hopefully this would stop and Nigeria won't be blacklisted on Aliexpress.

This is indeed sad. Over the years we only hear of isolated cases of either missing in transit items or package not arriving.

But with this long list of persons having similar issue same time, it is really appalling. Something fishy must be happening at either Nipost or Customs sorting centres.

Yanwen is fast these days. Ordered two items, first 26th and the second 28th of August. Both orders shipped together on 6/09/2020 and arrived destination country on 14/09/2020. Got a call from the post office on Wednesday for a pickup but I haven't been chanced. Told them I'll be coming for it next week.

Having read how Nipost workers steal people's phones, I must say it is shameful.

How can I order a phone with my hard earned money only for it to be stolen by those that are suppose to deliver it to me?? This is stupid.

funny thing is that u cant do anything bcus u dnt really knw what happened to ur parcel even though we think its been stolen

I once bought an accessory for a phone, phone arrived before accessory. Phone was from the US and accessory from China. Phone arrived three months before accessory. Before accessory could arrive phone got stolen. One day I got a call I have an item at the PO, I rushed and it was the accessory and was told to pay ₦500 as postal fees. I just vex pay and now the accessory is just lying there and I can't even sell it as the phone is not a popular phone here (Google Pixel). These days even the accessory is lost, I just tire for shipping post covid19.
