what matters most is ur address.if its in Nigeria,u cant open dispute.
so far ur address is correct,there shouldn't b any problem for u to get it

AliExpress uses mostly AESS for phones, DHL and co are for express shipping, that was pre-covid. Last phone I ordered was in February this year and it still didn't get to me.

Like I said I've been listening to views and reports about people's experiences with buying stuff and those packages that never arrive and I can tell you for free that those phones are stolen at the PO.

I believe phones are being targeted at the customs check to even local PO. I've ordered 5 phones from October last year to date and never got even 1.

I got refunded though, but lost more than $114 from heartbeat for not buying insurance (e pain me ehnnnn).

So am thinking some PO staffs are stealing phones and selling dem outside, most people aren't complaining cos they get refunds but I think questions should be asked why 9 out of 10 items missing are phones.

I've resolved to source for phones locally or buy through Jumia, I no get power for plenty story abeg.

I called those numbers I got online, they refused to pick. The only one that managed to pick up said I should send my name, location and tracking number and call back after 2hrs. I called back but she refused to pick up.

i was lucky to get them on Tuesday and d guy just ask for my tracking number and immediately he told me that my parcel is enroute to warri but it seems like lagos is another country and warri is another country bcus its takes ages to deliver it to warri.bcus i was told similar thing last week Tuesday

I asked this a while ago and I will ask again, was there an aeroplane crash in July?
Order I placed on the 24th of last month has arrived at my post office using AESS but order placed 5th of July was given to airplane and disappeared.
At this rate that order will come with "Merry Christmas " card. What is annoying is that this order that arrived requires the missing order to work

my guess is that d one ur still waiting for is a phone

So I got called for an order of June.
Ordered: 19/06/20
Shipped: 29/06/20
Carrier: AESS (SingPost)
Transit: 81 days
Tracking update last showed "dispatched overseas" on 25th July. No update to "delivered" at all up till now.

Meanwhile two orders I made made last month, 06/08 and 21/08 have both updated to "failed delivery" within the last 24hrs. However I'm yet to be called to receive them. One is AESS (SingPost) and the other is outright SingPost.

Updates on those later when I take delivery.

Collected an item that was shipped August 16 today at Ado Ekiti post office and I saw people that are just receiving March order today and the post office people are still saying it's fast imagine ooo order of March this year they said some last year items are just coming in sef I was shoked

Seems things are picking up gradually. I collected 7 items today. The most recent of the items receive was ordered on 15 Aug, shipped 17 Aug, received in Abuja 16 Sept. Roughly 1 month interval, logistics company = AESS .

everyone just have different problem with nipost,some are cant b tracked or not in Nigeria,some are in Nigeria but sleeping in their warehouse while some are on d way to them and it takes forever to get to d person
