Companies are yet to release their results. What we are seeing for now are the managements patronizing the regulators. Those figures could still change after the auditors have worked on them. In fact some of them deliberately cooked up something and filed it. A good example is NPFMCRFBK. If the audited result of JB comes in like manner as their unaudited, and they declare dividend of not less than three naira per share. The market will respond quickly and positively, and the price will soar.

It seems coys like Wapco, Nestle etc. That did not release their unaudited accounts want to release their audited results next month.

Has anyone noticed the confusion in the NPFMCRFBK Q4 eps 2019 unaudited accounts? How did 32k as at Q3 + 52K only in Q4 give them 34k for the year?

Let us not forget that NPFMCRFBK did or is doing right issue. The Rights suppose to rank pari passu with the existing shares. That means the present eps will be diluted when they release their audited result.

Do you even know that Unilever does not pay tax? I was there last December with my colleagues to verify it's tax portfolio. For your information, this multinational is totally exempted from tax bu the present Government. Unbelievable!!

What is even wrong with Uniliver, why the hurry to release a bad result like this, do the want to scare the bull away from the market? At least they should have waited for two or three good results to come out before bringing out this kind of thing. They did not even audit the account before filling.

Is anyone experincing the same issue on the meritade? I tried to place an order but the symbols refused to come up.
