Hi guys, the study visa booking says "There are no deadlines until September 2, 2021", does it mean the next day I can book on the website is September 2 or will I keep checking everyday, because now I don't have an idea of when to check the portal again, so I don't miss the next booking window..any idea guys?

Call/Email the school to send you their bank details, I had similar issues with this, so I made a bank transfer.

Is the embassy line for visa appointment booking unavailable today? I have been trying to call the line this morning but says switched off.
Does anyone have an idea why the line is switched off?

Maybe you should try wsb.edu.pl, although I don't know their cgpa limit, because I have a 2.1 and I was accepted into the computer sci msc program from a environmental sci background, plus 3 years software development experience.

I applied to one of their faculties, although in Katowice. Paying through the portal is only possible if ur debit card allows you to pay beyond 100 dollars...so I paid to the school bank account. Then I uploaded the documents via the portal. Although, I did a lot calling to ensure they verify my payments on time. Beyond all this, you can't complete other things on the portal, they are having IT issue. Once you call the school that you have uploaded the payment receipt or send an email, they will let you know what next.

So if I understand you, first the school has to admit you, then send your profile to MasterCard, it is MasterCard that then send you interview invite. So meaning even if the school admits you and MasterCard doesn't go ahead with the candidate, the candidate wouldn't get the interview invite, am I right?

I doubt this o, even if the school gives you admission and MasterCard didn’t it is as good as nothing as in the case of chevning. The interview is for MasterCard and not from the school. Once MasterCard gives you it automatically means the school will also give you the admission, so I heard from recipient of this scholarship. Look at university of Edingbruh nobody applied to the school just MasterCard, so if MasterCard gives you the scholarship they them self will ask you to apply to the institution.

Based on the email sent, "IF YOU DON'T GET AN EMAIL BY END OF FEBRUARY, YOUR APPLICATION WAS UNSUCCESSFUL".
This email is meant to be sent by the department.

Yea, one must get a notification of admission by end of February before interview. No email, no interview.

I think the master card scholarship program application already closed for most of the participation schools, but I might be wrong.

Frankly speaking, I don't have much insight about the interview, but it might likely be based the application itself, like who you are, your goals, does it align with MasterCard, how are your goals gonna be helpful to your home country at the end of your program, maybe why you are interested in the selected program...just to mention a few...
