Re: Polish Student Visa by Lheman: 9:12am On Jul 30
Thanks. But can someone with legalization date help another person (that haven’t been able to book legalization appointment) to legalize his/her documents?
iamadonis2:

Yes for legalization by proxy.

Yes for obtaining eligibility letter from MOE

Two scenarios are acceptable

You, Awolola Dare Ayinde, booked the date in your name and you are going to be appearing in person, with your credentials, at the Embassy. You are allowed to come along with ONLY one more document, maybe that of a friend (as long as that friend gave you a letter of authorization)

Second scenario: You, Awolola Dare Ayinde, booked the date in your name but you will be unable to appear at the embassy for legalization. So you send a friend or family member. That person you send is ONLY allowed to appear with your documents and none other (as Long as you’ve written a letter of authorization introducing this friend/ relative who will be appearing on your behalf.

Clear?

Refix:

You have been asking this question repeatedly since April and nobody is answering you.

If you had used the time to take the leap you would have gotten admission a long time ago.

October is fast approaching and you really have to be decisive.

At this time, you will most likely get an offer easily in a private school as compared to a public school.

Use Google to your advantage.
Search "universities in poznan", "Universities in Wrocław", "Universities in Warsaw", "Universities in Opole", "Universties in Szczecin", "Universities in Bydgoszcz", "Universities in Lublin", "Universities in Rzeszów", "Universities in Gdańsk".

Go through the results.
Visit each school's website and go through their offered courses and tuition.

Make research about the city [Google].

Weigh your options and make your decision.

That is how most of us do it.

Lots of people have been posting where they got admission offers from. You should check that out too.

Personally, I got admission offers from Uni Opole, WSB Poznań and School of Business in Wrocław.
I went with WSB. I posted my progress on this thread.

I read every single post on this thread so as to learn from others. You should too.

I hope this will be of help to others in the future.

I wish you all the best.

Hi sir, how did you pay the application fee for wsb poznan? They keep rejecting my card.

Call/Email the school to send you their bank details, I had similar issues with this, so I made a bank transfer.

Honestly; This sounds like good idea but it's not.

But this is the exact same thing that the German Embassy did, and how did it end? The whole thing was a mess. I could remember back then, we will send an email to the German Embassy requesting for dates and they will respond between 3 to 14 days depending on the number of requests for VISA appointment till the own thing became unmanageable.

As at March 2017; They had book appointment till November 2017 at the German Embassy and many never showed up because some didn't have an admission letter, some forged or used fake admission letters before they booked, some also didn't have PoF ready. etc

Let's not get ahead of ourselves. How do you guys want the Embassy to cope or give dates to thousands or 10% of 260Million youths who are trying to run away from their own country without COMPLAINTS How? It's not possible my dear. As Nigerians, we have always been complaining from way back since 1960 till today. It's what we love to do.

The almighty US Embassy is a typical example. As of now, the US Embassy appointment dates is all filled up till 2024. Are we still not complaining? Is that how you want Poland appointment to also turn out to be ?

As a matter of fact; if the Embassy revert to this your method today, before the end of August new crops of people will come our crying wolf that the Embassy is making it hard for them. I'm also very sure that many will now prefer the calling option because it's presently the best available option right now considering that millions or thousands of people are trying to leave Africa at the same time.

So my friend, there's no better solution to this. And one thing that I know for sure is that the Embassy will not because too many people want to run away from Nigeria double the size of their building to accommodate more staffs in order to take as many VISA applications as possible.

See, everyone should just keep on trying their luck with the appointment. Try your best, pray to your God and keep a positive mindset and you will definitely get what you want.

seyman247:
But hold on! Why cant the Embassy make this booking visa appointment easy if truly they are fighting against racketeering, which was the order of the day during the online booking system era.

So Step1: Pay your Visa Fee into a Euro Domiciliary Account at a designated bank ( at least this will save them the stress of re-depositing cash collected at the Embassy every now and then)

Step 2: Applicants who have made payments will then be required to forward transaction receipt ID to the Embassy through an Embassy Designated Date

Step 3: Embassy respond with the closest date based on the appointment booking calendar ( no matter how long), after confirmation of payment (which may take between 1-2 working days)

Step 4: Applicant make a submission based on the scheduled date and guess what..... EVERYBODY smiles afterwards!!!

Is it that HARD ? NO! Then why would the Poland Embassy switch on the line by 9 am and switch off by 9.30 am for a process that is done ONLY once a WEEK!!!!!!

Thank you brov.

It's simple

The truth is, they can not attend to everybody and they cannot issue visas to everybody.
They do what is more convenient for them.

Which way for Nigeria?
When will Nigeria become a country where foreigners will crave to be a PR?

If your sponsor is a business man and does not have a payslip, you can use his/her CAC registration and tax documents. In addition to that your sponsor has to open a credit card account, fund it and request a credit card certificate in his/her name, not your name and you will need to submit the credit card certificate to the embassy along with a notarized letter of sponsorship.

Note: if he is going to put the credit card certificate in your name then he needs to write and notarize a sponsor letter stating that he funded your credit card maybe u can say as a gift ....to establish the source of the funds.

Please sir,
Do I submit the CAC and tax certificates along with the CC and sponsors letter to the embassy?

CAC and tax statements are optional. They are NOT required so you NO u do not have to submit them.

Just submit the CC, signed n notarized sponsorship letter and colored copy of your sponsors ID
