mumu i stay close to obingwa and work @ osisioma.these figures were staged by pdp/iinec plus apga voters including myself were massively harrased nd restricted from voting.

Yes na.i was there since yesteday but finally otti was declared am just coming back now.

Otti was finally declared winner after T A Orji,Dangote,Omerua,Obiano etc stormed INEC office in Umuahia,Abia State.Nigerian army and Policemen secured the office complex and restricted the overwelming crowd comprised of APGA & PDP surporters.
The result was arrived at after excluding the 3 LGAs that were canceled.From the 14 LGAs remaining Otti won 8 and Okezie won 6.
He will be officially declared winner later today.
