favour32:Check the local government they're in... That's a proper Bini local government. By race, I align with your thought, but, by merging, they're Binis |
favour32:Igbanke na still Edo State, infact, part of Benin, courtesy of Sam Ogbemudia during boundary adjustment |
Just appreciate good things and pray we have visionaries who will put us first in anything they do We can still have a Serene environment for study and research works as Nigerians no b until we Japa! |
Well, you're now aware of the update... As a married man from Isoko Delta State, once you're aware, whether suspicious or not, call a family meeting ASAP! Get both parents or guardian involved and trash this issue! Man just have one life, if you handle this carelessly, it won't end well. Marrying a virgin isn't something to celebrate that much as being a virgin doesn't translate to virtue. |
You see the word, "Peace of Mind", it should not be joked with. The difference between a relationship and marriage is so wide! Atleast, I've been married for awhile now, and Peace of Mind can't be overemphasized, especially for the man So, as a man with no family member to support me through school, I should be a gigolo. Are you aware that a task or character exhibited for 24 to 30days becomes a habit, not to talk of a year or two. And habit aren't easily stopped Don't forget, "Peace of Mind" I think, I've said more than enough |
zero8zero:I just said you should show proof of where he said he didn't left debt and also show me other state debts, compare and draw conclusions. Or how do you make an argument? I guess ignorantly By even comparing his time with his predecessors, you could see Obi was a master of the game when it comes to management |
zero8zero:I thought you'll just show me a prove... This era, we deal with verifiable facts You're just a button away via Google getting the Lagos State debt since 1999, after then, come back with your primitive accusations and s!ave mental!ty |
This must be The Isokos and The Urhobos from Delta State |
zero8zero:Show me a prove where he said he left no debt! Use your head now, in this social media age! |
zero8zero:So, if Obi with the statistics is a fraud, what will you then call others? Just be sincere |
kalvoken:I must say, you spoke out of experience. Using PPR entails utmost professionalism. Reason in my previous post, I had to advice Pressure testing before the bricklayers do their rendering |
Warmaterial:I've worked with atleast top three MEP firm in Nigeria. When a seasoned professional talks, you learn |
Warmaterial:If this plumber works for me, he should be made to know that, fixing this damage, will be deducted from his workmanship In cases like this, contractors can negotiate on the issue of "Site Attendance with the client". As for any client here, it's cheaper for you to have the site attendance taken care by you to ensure your project records less waste |
Warmaterial:Which block isn't strong. Don't you know chiseling a wall is wrong in building services? Now, listen to free teaching and ensure to take note, if not, you'll be driven out of site when you work with multinationals and seasoned professionals. Before you lay a pipe of any kind, this is the SOP to follow. Do your mark out while referencing FFL. Then, use cutting machine to cut the marked areas according, lastly, you chase the wall and not chisel! Read again, you chase the wall and not chisel! I'm glad you've learned something today and before you come here to talk, I'm a COREN registered engineer. This is the standard, anything short of it is quack |
Warmaterial:It's very wrong. You need to work with utmost professionalism. If you work in an MEP industry, you'll understand. Just a proper marking out and using of cutting machine solves this problem and saves the client of wastage |
First, i had to hold my breathe... This is good for the client. When I say, use professionals, you think we just want your money. The Engr ought to mark out all piping route, then, with the help of a cutting machine, cutting and carefully chase the wall for cold and hot water piping. Just seeing the video, I just pitied the client as even the stop corks aren't even installed with reference to FFL. During tiling, some walls will be broken and stop corks raised Another shocker is loading, let me quickly advice you. Before they plaster, ensure the plumber carryout Pressure testing up to 10 bars, if not, your nightmare just begun! And hope your waste and condensate pipes are also well routed? |
What's the point being in PDP. I just pitied it current members who laboured for the party as many of the governors and office holders have decamped to APC. Other remaining are there to hold the party down for the current APC. So, it's wise those with ambition eaves to a neutral party I'll also advice the coalition to as a matter of urgency register a new party so they can build their own structure and fanbase in time. Going to an already existing party as ADC will be frustrating cos with the money bags, they can use the old members against the new members thereby ending in lawsuits and trust me, once it gets to the court, APC will definitely win |
The current PDP is now the potential tool for the ruling party in this forthcoming election with Wike as the controller general |
Birikiti:The question is straight forward, how has this administration benefitted the common man on the street? Even with what you stated above, how has this benefitted the commoner on the street who spends buying food, clothes and paying different forms of bills? For instance, in 2014, a commoner can buy a 50kg of rice for N5,500 while his salary his minimum wage was N18,000 to N20,000. Even an average teacher can afford to buy 150kg of rice with his salary if he/she so wish. Fast-forward to 2025, a 50kg of rice trails between N60,000 to N90,000 depending on your location while minimum wage is still at N70,000. While in 2014, your minimum age can literally take you home, in 2025, your minimum wage can't push you through the doors of the company you work, talk less of taking you home. This is not cooking gas, not school fees and the likes... Aways from the paper achievements and political jargons, how has this APC government ease the pains of the commoner in Nigeria? Please, list those ways Thank you |
Revealpanda:Little research here and there would've saved you from this unnecessary embarrassment |
Ikaeniyan0:If this is true, it will definitely be the Obedient movement and the Obi factor |
The traffic on Wednesday night was better imagined than real. Coming out again for work yesterday, thinking the road have been cleared. Getting to the express after almost 24hrs, the situation has worsened, I had to turn back, call the HR, I can't be at work! I just worked from home Ogun State government can't be described with anything sane! |
The challenges in marriage waits for everyone whether you marry early or late. It takes matured minds to keep a home and this isn't a function of age, rather a function of the mind. A man in my church in his early 50s now has a grandchild and all his children at so matured at heart. All done with University. Two out of three children done with masters already before 25yrs I'll rather marry early than I did if I have the opportunity to change time as marrying late doesn't eliminate marriage challenges |
When I see question as this, I just shake my head and weep for this nation. Every graduate is fixated on office job when they know the market is oversaturated... This same graduate will gather over 60m Naira to Japa and be doing more than three different jobs. Make this make sense! Cos when they come here, they do big boy! See, in wealth creation, there's no big boy. A graduate can push wheelbarrow. Infact, we should grew mentally to the extent where someone says, I'm a janitor! That dignity in labour, it has a special savor! The job is very physical, hence the person should save up some money and towards Korope or Keke. Then try branding, like logistics Many of us running to Lekki & VI that early can't boast of 10k daily paid salaries. While some of these guys we look common makes such amount. |
Once you give me inner peace, with some touches of beauty and cook... Leave the rest! |
obonujoker:So why complaining? I'm given you an option. You either leave it or take note of it. Many of us have stayed these locations and ended up owning our homes as a result of a second thought as this From Mowe/Ibafo/Magboro, you get VI straight for about N1500. I've been working in the island for over 4yrs now. So, those persons staying there don't have families or children? There are also good schools in those axis. About three private universities if you wish to enroll your kids in the University. Sometimes, you should need to be open minded and be flexible to new ideas. Many of us too never knew we could leave the heart of Lagos, but, gladly we did on time. Today, Arepo is one of the most serene cities around with expensive houses If you know, you know! |
obonujoker:Go outskirt of Lagos na. Check Mowe, Ibafo, Magboro, Isheri, Akute, Alagbole and the likes |
There's a standard for this. The maximum should be 30% of your annual salary. But, for me, 12 to 15% of your annual salary should be able to cover your rent. If not, you're on a long thing and should be looking out for a less expensive house rent |
Please, where can we live stream this match? Please, help with link |
Proudly Deltan! |
CHAQUR:With the frequency, he's talking about Nigerian Info. Best talk radio station. Their sport commentary is on another level with their very educating programs |
