Is Nigeria Kuwait?
Even in Nigeria, it's your legal right to conduct a DNA test on any of your child when in doubt. You can even make it formal by going through the court if you so wish!

How is it her loss when you'll also be losing your child? Because chances are she'll never allow you to see that child ever again.

When the child reaches a certain age and start asking questions, she might tell him or her how you rejected him or her and went to the extent of conducting a DNA... The child will then hate you.
Shouldn't the man carry a DNA test when in doubt? Is it a crime?

And who on earth told you the child will grow up to hate the father. This is an information age where children can even read their own story when they grow up. Marriage is between two families and you think a family will sit and watch you take their child from them just like that?

Stop watching too much Nollywood movies.

I beg to differ ops

Each time I see women striving to be disruptive in their thinking, I'm always wowed!

That being said, having a family is great, I mean very great. And having a successful family is the best! Family becomes everything, cos you have to invest some of your time, emotions and resources

Family has never been the cause of failure. Once you understand proper time and schedule management, you can combine family with building of career and business to becoming that woman of recon

As I speak with you, The Current President/Chairperson of the Nigerian Society of Engineer is a woman. She's the first female NSE president in the history of NSE. She's happily married and blessed with children. Very successful in her career. She was one time my branch chairperson. In view of this, even the current branch chairperson of my branch of NSE is a woman, very intelligent, savvy, blessed with kids and a wonderful husband. Like, she's happily married. Let's take it a step higher, you have read about Okonji Iweala, a blessed mother and wife!

You have a wonderful dream, your focus should be up and down. Up in the sense of the how and resources for your big dreams, down in the sense of the choice of the man to marry. You should be focused on marrying a goal getter and supporter. Someone, when he speaks, motivates you and makes you and takes you to the top just be talking with you. One that you both can inspire

Lastly, all dreams are achievable if you have what it takes to pursue them!

Peace!

Yes defamation is settled in prison.

If you defame me without evidence and it lead to me losing credibility and inturn losing clients and means of livelihood, I will make sure you go to jail.

If a girl accuse you falsely of rapee, then lead to you losing your job, your livelihood, and all your friends, and spoiled your reputation in public, what do you think is enough respite from that sin? You look away or you take her to the court?
You have not answered my question vis-a-vis the constitution except you wrote a new constitution that we don't know

And has the author of the book ever for once claimed he doesn't have enough evidences

If Afe sure of himself, he shouldn't intimidate the man but allow him to go prepare for his case. This is while people are supporting Dele cos in his book, he also mentioned intimidation which Afe just showed the world

You spoke about rape... Rape is a major crime unlike defamation. I understand you don't even have the Nigerian constitution, if you do, you should know defamation is a minor crime. Defamation is a bailable offense, but, with Afe, it's not. Meaning, he also controls the NPF and some judiciary cabals which have put this country as one of the most corrupt

You're the one I pity for. This is why I shake my head in pity when I see Nigerians defending oppressors

Someone is oppressing a Nigerian all in the name of 'you defame me' and you come online to type. Does prison look like where defamation is settled?

The person that defame didn't run away. He answered all invitation by the NPF. So, what's is crime? You imprisoned someone because of a petition without fair hearing in a competent court and you want me to believe Afe isn't guilty of what he's been accused!

Someone published a defamatory book that will outlive both the Author and the person defamed. But these baby Lawyers think that is cool. Many of them will regret all these things they are doing if they happen to grow old enough for younger ones to be defaming them and rubbish whatever name they have built over the years. If indeed Farotimi can prove his allegations, he has an opportunity to do it in court.
And you think using police to harass Dele is the solution?

Illiterate!

Shut up! Dele Farotimi must prove his allegations in the court of law. Kapish!!

No shortcuts.

If you want to beg you and Dele Farotimi should go and beg your chi.
Is the prison a place to proud his allegations? You illiterate! Tomorrow, you'll cry police is misbehaving but because it's Afe whom I know in my days in Ado-Ekiti, you don't know Dele deserves to be bail to prepare himself for the case

If Dele isn't granted bail, then, there's truth in what he said against Afe

Chief Judge... When Dele sued him years ago, I believe you were there

A man spoke his truth and challenged those offended to sue him to court, you're hear talking trash

The point isn't Afe suing him, it's the harassment he got from the NPF who should even protect him

A defamation case is a very minor case in our constitution. Let me make you understand. Even if he's sentenced, he can't spend more than two(2) years. So, where is the lesson there

You need to go read about Dele... He's one of the intelligent lawyer will have in this country. Actively practiced and retired from practicing. Abi you think he's a small boy!

Someone stake his life to fight for a just cause, for you and the future of the nation including his line of trade, you come out to condemn him because Afe is 90yrs without proper trial. Are you sure you really understand what freedom means?

Those leaders who have drained this nation and deprived the youth of everything they once enjoyed when they were young... Are most of our leaders not Baba Afe's age brackets. Those who abused power and stole our common resources

If Afe doesn't have anything to hide, he should allow the guy to and let them meet in court. Or is prison court?

Uncle Dele really fvcked up. You don't have enough or tangible and clear evidences to fight the person of Afe Babalola in court on the defamatory case you blew out yourself.

Had it been Alafin Oyo, Iku babayeye still alive now, I would have love to usher uncle Dele to the palace to see the king and beg Baba Afe on your behalf, but......

I pray God help you because there's nothing obedient people or uncle Sowore can do on this hot soup you put yourself into.
I really don't understand how you people thinks. Dele have been to prison before. This isn't his first time

Dele is a renowned lawyer who won many cases and lost some like other lawyers. He has even retired from active service. He once faced this same Afe Babalola in some cases and his book streamlined those cases with his facts and evidences according to him. So, what's the childish talk of begging? I really don't understand

Afe Babalola is the Patron of my Alma Mater but, he should not use force to coarse Dele. Dele should be allowed to go and prepare for his case with being intimidated

You should consider those persons too cos that's a route for the vehicle. Most of the vehicles moved from Mainland to Island. See the sizes of these vehicles. They Will consume more fuel/diesel as per their sizes

So, disputing the cost of servicing without you having access to the data isn't sensible

Christianity EtcRe: RCCG Free Buses Gulped N63m Fuel In Seven Weeks – Leke Adeboye by udeh3(m): 10:07am On Dec 08, 2024
I entered this bus for the first time last week Friday. Due to the situation that made me entered after the bus we boarded spoilt by the road side, I couldn't even check the body. We just entered hurriedly. I saw the people, over 30 in numbers. So, I was waiting for the conductor to collect his money, it was then I realized it was RCCG Assisted Bus.

I quite commend their effort. An average Nigerian working in the island and staying around Berger Axis spends over a 100k monthly. So, you can imagine the relief this is bringing to the people regardless of your belief system

Other organisation, religious body and members of the public who are capable should do something to relieve Nigerians from the harsh economic situation and not always criticizing.

Since I'm one of those that speak up when it's wrong, I should also be able to speak when the right thing is done

Thank you the management and members of the RCCG for this wonderful initiative

You are the daft one here. Ironically.

The EFCC refused to make the person from whom the chattel was seized. They release a statement after they were challenged about it saying they won't tell the name of the person because the suit and court case didn't allow for it which was a lie which sowore later exposed by getting the court documents.

The EFCC has now deleted that statement.

Even the EFCC conceded that they did wrong after proof was brought. So, you see that you're the daft one.

Not forgetting that if it were students suspected of internet fraud, without even winning or even taking the case to court, the EFCC will publish their faces and full government names.
Talk about double standards.

I agree with you on this. I was also once married, and it turned out to be the greatest delusion humans can subject themselves to. It is torture for two people to be bound for life. It is against human nature. The older people who have done it merely endured. Is that life? Lets have open relationships and coparent if kids are involved.
Why do you need an open relationship and co-parenting? You should be independent and not looking for kids or co-parenting. Just live as an island!

That's for those that sees marriage as an achievement or winning laurel. However, those of us who have experienced it firsthand, we've realize it's overrated. Having tasted marriage and discovered its limitations, i no longer swayed by societal pressures. I value my independence and freedom above all else.
The narratives of marriage is overrated is all time wrong. I understand the point of personal opinion, but not in this case due to your use of marriage and overated

You spoke about limitations, it's not the marriage that was limited but the players. No human being is created independent. Understand this and have peace

In business, you need the gig, in health, you need the professionals and so his marriage. If you want true independence, then, it's in the grave...

Marriage is an institution... An institution is built and heavily invested on. I strongly doubt your knowledge about marriage before you married. Maybe you thought it was the I love you I love you thing. You never understood marriage from the point of being an institution before venturing into it

Marriage is unique and it comes with it own challenges, but, it's worth the time, it's worth the confirmations, it's worth the investment and for men, do everything to be sure you're with the right partner to building that awesome but challenging institution that will stand the test of time

I come in peace

The truth is, South South will always come top in major or positive investments such as education, sport and infrastructures

In sport alone, four out of five indigenous coaches that graced the Super Eagles are from South South. Only Delta State boost of over seven FIFA standard Stadium while Lagos and Abuja can barely name three(3), respectively

With time, South South might takeover South West in terms of Industrial Infrastructure, especially if Seaport is optimally functioning in the region

It's a Range Rover, not a Rolls Royce.

Buying a Range Rover, especially if it is a fairly used model, isn't really a big deal if you have 3 billion in your bank account.
And you actually think our actors have up to N3b Naira in their account because the media say so?

Many of them take loan to shoot a movie. Even Funke had to marry a money bag producer, Nevermind even if she's the third wife

Most movies she produces in recent time are co-produced and owned by she and the husband

The top movie makers in Nigeria, like Funke Akindele, Kemi Adetiba, Kunle Afolayan etc who are putting out good content which is professionally made and which can be watched in a cinema or on a streaming platform like Netflix or Amazon are actually cashing out big time.
What you posted is same as saying because a footballer is signed with big money he's very rich

There are many factors involved here. Do you know how much bloggers collect from these producers. Paying the actors and crews. The PR work and so on

There's so much involved in making movies, especially good movies

So,the money as you posted in reality isn't as you see. A lot is involved!
