Boko Haram terrorists.Willing To Negotiate Nigerian government has clarified its

Abuja office. Femi Adesina, presidential spokesman,
has said the Nigerian state is putting in
place mechanisms that would entirely
destroy Boko Haram from a
multinational level. The statement further noted that the
government would regard negotiations
with the Islamist sect if they accept to

today rule on two preliminary
applications before it by Governor
Ifeanyi Okowa and the Peoples
