First off, it does not seem legit to pay before they disburse you. Management fees are deducted from ur monthly repayment.

I find my self in a quagmire. I have second class upper in Demography and social statistics. Ever since I graduated 3years ago, I haven't gotten any career-based job with my cert. Is it that one can't get job with first degree anymore? Or have I been applying to unrelated fields?
Please advice if u have or know anyone with same degree that is gainfully employed. What career prospect did he / she followe?

I studied demography and social statistics with 2'1. I'm just confused about the career prospects. Seems in our setting, one can't get employed with the first degree. So I'm opting for MSc public health in environmental and occupational health.
