Hello gurus in the house, I have been a silent reader of this thread for some time now and I will like to do my Master's in Estonia, I'm an electrical engineering student and I will like to do my Master's program in any engineering course or natural sciences, my question is does any Estonia university offers free tuition for Master's program in that field,if no which is the cheapest university which offers Master's program in that field and the cost. Also can someone survive in Estonia with part time job even if he or she can't speak the language. what are the odds. I will be very grateful with your response. thanks
