Can they grant someone with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with a PGD in computer science admission if he perform very well in TOEFL and GRE cos I heard some universities in the US give funding to Someone with a HND.

I'm looking for funding for any school. my profile is Bachelors degree(electrical engineering) but applying for software engineering for combined masters and PHD cos i'm a web developer. GRE 302, IELTS 6.0, GPA 2.8/4(after converting from naija uni). 2 Letter of recommendations from one professor and Dr from my graduating uni.
Can this profile get me full funding or even 50% scholarship. please house help. recommendations of school that can accept such profile.

Fortunately for me then, the schools I checked out have Nigeria as one of the countries that don't need to tender any English exam. All that is needed is a certificate of English proficiency from your Alma-mata

Please can you list the name of some of those schools in south Korea that don't require English proficiency for Masters or PHD. Awaiting your response. thanks

Hello house,I just came across this thread. I will like to apply for a PHD in mathematics and statistics( full funding) . I don't know if I will be considered due to my bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering with 2.63/5 GPA. Post graduate diploma in mathematics and statistics with a GPA of 3.5/5 and master's degree in mathematics and statistics with a GPA of 5.8/7.
