IMO state have the highest natural gas deposit in Nigeria, Enugu have Coal etc, Ebonyi have the biggest limestone deposit in Ntalaku, Aba and Onitcha have the biggest market in W.Africa. In Oyo and Ogun for example land is so abundant that hectares can be bought for less than a mil for farming purposes, but nowhere in the SE can one find such luxury.
