Simply do an advert where the woman is rushing back from work to catch her favorite program and then despite all her efforts, she still missed it. Then her friend tells her about catch up, she starts using it and now she doesn't rush back from work any longer ,she comes home showers, carries out all her activities for the day and then relaxes and watches her favorite program.
