Christianity Etc › Re: The Use Of Virtual Holy Scriptures - Good/bad? by UjSizzle(f): 12:40pm On Jul 14, 2013
You've been watching way too many Nigerian movies if you actually believe waving a book before a demon will make it run.

That said, it is not the vessel that holds the word that matters, it's the content itself. It's the faith and power of God inherent in the person who weilds the word as a weapon that chases the demon.
Moses read from a tablet, Jesus from a scroll, a century ago..it was a gigantic book that had to be kept at a spot. Later it was smaller so it can moved around or placed in a pocket. Today thanks to technology and the ever growing need to spread the gospel we have Bible Apps to dowload in the one device everyone wishes to own.
This is having the word at your finger tips and has nothing to do with fashion. Christians all over the world should be grateful for this.

Good morning Maestro
Hello Mynd
Hi Philip
Romance › Re: I Want Ur Scope On This Pls by UjSizzle(f): 9:39am On Jul 14, 2013
Looking at you like mumu doesn't count as resistance, you could be her first for all you know.

That said, i hope u lose both ur girl n this maid when you are done 'knacking'. A man who can't respect his woman does not deserve any woman at all.
Romance › Re: I Think She Aint Yet Mature. by UjSizzle(f): 9:00am On Jul 14, 2013
Women younger than her have been married and are with kids already. Tell her you want to meet this man, promise her you will be nice to him so she actually accepts to bring him home. She's your kid sis, no matter how much u mean well, you cannot force her to leave him alone...women can be very strong headed when their mind is made up.
Stop being authoritative n bossy with her, she needs to know you've got her back n yelling isn't going to earn you that. You have a really delicate situation in your hands, be wise.
If she accepts to let you meet him, find a way to have a one on one with him. If you can get him to see things from your point of view, your sis is follow suit.
Best of luck.

BTW if she is reading this....young lady don't be silly, the age notwithstanding a month is a very short time to make a 'forever after' decision.

Ihedinobi: Now you might as well scratch Nairaland with these questions. Bro, she cannot answer those and neither can anyone here who has any common sense. You want to know the personality behind monikers not the identity. These questions crossed the line, bro.
i already feel married kiss

ATMC: @dagr8 i wish you 're next...@muskeeto, don't you have some questions for ujsizzle? @ujsizzle...you sizzling seriously hahahaha #askujsizzle what's your literary passion? How do you handle anger, with your mouth or with your fist? Do you compromise at all? What's your take on working class wives, are they better than their counterparts- housewives? What wont you be caught wearing? If you were to choose a nairalander for valentine, who would dt be? Brb
My literary passion would have to be prose. I like a writter who can completely envelop in his/her own world. Not many can do that, but i've got this Nairalander whose book am currently reading..he is absolutely brilliant! Next will be poems...once i can wrap my head around the mood n tone of the poet, his use of imagery n symbols.

How do i handle anger....With neither fist nor mouth. I agree there have been a couple of times my temper shoots off like a bullet n i resort to 'mouth' but its never left me satisfied afterwards...there's this hollow feeling inside me..sucks more than getting immediate gratification. So basically i take a deep breath n try to calm myself with other thoughts. When i decide to go 'mouthy' on someone, i pick my words carefully- avoid cursing at all cost. Still there is a lot of emotions in things said from the heart esp mine n most importantly when i've had it in me for a while..they don't always produce the right effects esp on friends cos i can be blunt in my subtle way n so i've lost a couple of them, but everything said is said with utmost love. Yeah, anger sucks but i dnt use my fist.

I compromise on things that doesn't compromise my stance smiley.

No one is bettet than the other so long they both give their family the required attention. Like i said earlier, women are the bond that keep the family together..they can make n break their home. Working class women while providing financial support still need to understand the need for providing emotional support too. Work will eventually go, but family stays.
Housewives by design or by Husbands authority are expected to do the same too. Though i dont get why a man will decide to leave his woman idle at home when he is out with his kids esp with our crazy economy!

Won't be caught wearing thongs and revealing clothes or whatever is in vogue.

Valentine hehehe Sexkillz *looks arnd for Ogugua*. He's got a kindness in him i haven't found in many. Hope he doesn't see this oo.

15.What does spiritual maturity means to you?
16. What colour will u not be caught wearing
What turns you off and on?

Will be back if i remember any oda thing to ask....
1. I could recite a couple of bible verses n passages, lol but they really meant nothing to me as a child. There were all things i happened to know.
2. Hehehhe i crush on and off oo. Basically on people i'm curious about, once that is satisfied it's off. So currently, i'll say ermm *clears throat* Ihedinobi.
3. First actual date..i was and in my first year in the university smiley. Cute dude with dimples and killer smile...yeah fond memories *blush*
4. I don't think christians represent Christ well enough. We preach love and forgiveness but rarely practise it. I understand it's tough in this world, but then we have what the world lacks: GRACE. We can be good ambassadors if we put in a lil more effort and stopped conforming to worldly standards.
5. I want to become a chartered accountant, work in a multinational firm for a while; set up my own business outside the accounting profession...more like in the fashion industry. Most importanly i want to help people. Setup a foundation that caters for the needy, orphans, widows, homeless...it breaks my heart to watch people suffer.
6. A maximum of 4kids i'd say, minimum of 2.
7. Lmao not at all. Dedicate for prayers ko tongue. I hate lengthy wedding ceremonies but notwithstanding, i want a message that can touch lives n save souls on my day smiley
8. Temperament.....San-Mel.
9. Never heard of love languages before. I'll go research smiley
10. I pay my tithes, though i confess there are a few times i've defaulted.
11. Lol church department would be congregation tongue. I've given a thought to joining the choir but i think the choir master is halfway in love with me tongue seriously. For now, i like Bible study classes cos i get to give my opinion and listen to others too. The youth wants me to join them, the choir does n the Ushers too...i be hot cake oo.
12. I'm an anglican..hymns are a passion. Taught some while serving too smiley. It's quite unfair asking me to pick one, but i'm quite partial to 'Blessed Assurance' smiley
13. Nah, wouldn't marry an undergraduate for love. Tsk Tsk hope nobody is trying to propose oo tongue
14. Never kept malice before. My heart won't let it smiley. I strive for peace at all times n most esp when it's within my power to do so.
15. Spiritual Maturity.....Hasn't Ihedinobi or Goshen covered this before? Being at an optimal level in the knowledge of God. Havng an awareness of your strength as His child.
16.. Colours....anything super bright abd eye catching. I detest yellow with a passion.

What turns me on...Literary prowess, honesty.
Turnoff...Arrgh Arrogance...CANNOT stomach it.

2. How would you rate the government of GEJ; Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor or Very Poor?
3. Who do you wish to see as the next President of Nigeria come 2015?
4. Are you "tribalistic"?
5. What are the things i would do to offend you?

10. What’s your dream car?

20 kwetions gone, 80 left grin
Wickedness in high places!!

I don't like politics. It brings out the animal in a man.

GEJ's govt i'll say is fair. He's tried his best....ruling this country must be an herculean task.

Next president.....i'd love Adam Oshiomole. I know say na dream i dey dream tongue

Nah i'm not tribalistic, i love everyone.

Try arrogance and injustice n u will see the tigress in me tongue

My birthday is September 5

Biblical hero will be David. That was really a man after God's heart. He uunderstoid God's nature and was a humble man. His psalms clearly explain his nature and there's everything to love about it.

Yeah i am an Anambrarian...from Nise.

There's no particular fav bible verse. The scriptures speak to me at different point of my life.

Dream car....i don't know cars oo, but i love something sporty n with muscles smiley. Like Eleanor wink
