He does makes sense.

When you look at the achievements of this administration, you want to believe this is the best Nigeria has had yet, but there are so many question marks without proper explanation. Looks like others before him who achieved little or nothing were so good at the corruption game that aside not achieving much, you don't have as much to chide them for.

Hmm. Sometimes one wishes to see what such a person who runs his mouth so much against others would do if given the opportunity. But should he win, can he tolerate someone else criticizing him the way he's been criticizing others without ever seeing any good done?

This is serious. Now how can banks prevent these kinds of crimes, where trusted insiders connive to rob the banks.

What a way to try to make a name. NAFDAG should really help make her more popular with a prosecution.

ProgrammingRe: Top 10 Interesting Software Errors by uken73(m): 2:18am On Sep 16, 2014
Another but more subtle example was not too long ago when black berry service was down world wide. I remember one immigrant to the UK saying he missed the way to his office because he'd always depended on his BB GPS to navigate his way to the office.

Things are getting more and more automated in the world with over dependence of software systems. If/when they are down or faulty, lots of things go upside down, if care is not taken, some may result in deaths.
Foreign AffairsRe: Oscar Pistorius: The Final Countdown by uken73(m): 9:47am On Sep 11, 2014
iswallker: Common guy..how often have u opened fire when u hear noise in ur rest room...common... grin

Its a bad case being made to look good cause its pistorious...a celebrity...
People with disabilities easily get agitated mostly due to personal insecurity. For instance, I would not advice someone to argue with a stammerer when he has a weapon close by. Stammerers are well known to easily be provoked to anger often resulting in violence when they are engaged in arguments especially if they are loosing the argument. I've not really followed the case, but one can't completely rule out the possibility of this being a mistake.
Foreign AffairsRe: Oscar Pistorius: The Final Countdown by uken73(m): 9:00pm On Sep 10, 2014
Poor guy. The little I listened to this case. This is a very difficult one. The guy could be guilty and it may have been a mistake. I would hate to be the judge to decide this case. You may be sentencing the guy for a mistake he seriously regrets and is internally eaten up by guilt or you may be setting free someone who carefully planned and executed a murder. Those who feel he's guilty (most likely to include the lady's family) won't forgive you for it.

May God give the Judge/Judges wisdom.

ProgrammingRe: Java Master Is Needed by uken73(m): 1:57pm On Sep 06, 2014
If you are learning on your own and you are having challenges understanding the concepts, I'm doubtful this approach would help you much. It may be wise to get a tutor around you. I think a forum like this would be best to assist you with a particular challenge on solving a problem when you would have already understood the basic concepts. Or at least you should be asking a specific question and those who can could possibly help out. Just my opinion.

ProgrammingRe: Java JDBC Resultset.next PROBLEM by uken73(m): 1:25am On Sep 03, 2014
I currently don't have a Java compatible editor on my system to assist me with syntacs errors but I made some modification on your codes with comments and emphasis on the modifications. I hope this solves your problem.

public class Workers extends javax.swing.JFrame
{
ResultSet rs2; //moved here to increase it level of access so that it can be
// available in the btnNextActionPerformed event method
public Workers() {
initComponents();
DoConnect();
}
void DoConnect( ) {
Connection cont; //move here to make it available in the catch block for closing
try{
String host = "jdbc:derby://localhost:1527/Employees";
String uName = "admin1";
String uPass= "admin";
cont = DriverManager.getConnection( host, uName, uPass); //declaration moved outside try block
Statement stmtt = cont.createStatement();
String SQL = "SELECT * FROM Workers";
rs2 = stmtt.executeQuery(SQL); //declaration moved to class field
rs2.next( );
int id_col = rs2.getInt("ID" ) ;
String first_name = rs2.getString("First_Name" ) ;
String last_name = rs2.getString("Last_Name" ) ;
String job = rs2.getString("Job_Title" ) ;
String id = Integer.toString( id_col ) ;
textID.setText(id);
textFirstName.setText(first_name);
textLastName.setText(last_name);
textJobTitle.setText(job);
}
catch ( SQLException err ) {System.out.println( err.getMessage( ) ); }
}
finally{cont.close();}//finally block introduced to handle closing of database connection.

private void btnNextActionPerformed(java.awt.event.ActionEvent evt) {
try
{
//rs3 for which I couldn't find it's declaration has been renamed to rs2
//to correspond to rs2 declared as data member
if( rs2.next())
{
int id_col = rs2.getInt("ID" ) ;
String first_name = rs2.getString("First_Name" ) ;
String last_name = rs2.getString("Last_Name" ) ;
String job = rs2.getString("Job_Title" ) ;
String id = Integer.toString( id_col) ;
textID.setText(id);
textFirstName.setText(first_name);
textLastName.setText(last_name);
textJobTitle.setText(job);
}
//cont.close(); moved to finally block in DoConnect method.
}
catch(SQLException err) {System.out.println(err.getMessage());}
}
}

Notice that I enclosed the code segment in

tags so that it can be formatted well for ease of reading the code.
HealthRe: *Breaking News* Patient Gets Ebola In Hospital by uken73(m): 12:00am On Sep 02, 2014
Firefire: Welcome Trado-medical doctor grin

i.e Native doctors time don reach to chop.
Are you aware of this?
Researchers at Harvard University in the United States last Friday associated the outbreak of the Ebola Virus Disease in Sierra Leone to the funeral of one of its traditional healers.

The native healer was said to have been treating Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) patients from neighbouring Guinea before he contacted the disease which later killed him.

Foreign AffairsRe: U.S. Government Claims Exclusive Ownership Over Its "Invention" Of Ebola by uken73(op): 5:59pm On Sep 01, 2014
texazzpete: He didn't go far enough. He should have correctly called you an id'iot.

There's nothing sneaky about this. This CDC has a page dedicated to discussing their licensing and patenting of lab inventions.
Nice enlightenment, but it's not necessary to be abusive to put out the information.
