hary158: i am interested.Mail has been sent to you. Thank you for your interest. |
bonerVee: My peeps and geeks. Tthis is what i'm thinking, please share your own view. I am taking them as advice to help me choose which one to 'waste' my time on. I honestly think web developpment pays more, cos unlike programming its easier to get personal contracts on website designs..... My thoughtsBy web development I'm assuming you mean web design projects that don't involve programming. There are lots more opportunities for that so also are lots of dudes doing that. On the average, such projects are charged between 30k to 150k with very few going beyond 150k. This price range is well known and where you don't agree there are lots of felas willing to do for far less, even as low as 10k. However it would be difficult to place a charge range for programming jobs. If I must force an average range I would say from 50k to 1m. The charge is much more flexible here that it is with Web Design. You can easily charge different clients different amounts for the same Job. While it's not so common to have web design jobs that are charged up to a million, it's easier to have programming job that is charged up to 10m. I think your choice should better be based on your interests and capability. Web design is easier and almost anyone can do it but you can't say same of programming. If you pick 10 good web designers, you may only have 1 or 2 that can do well if he/she changes to programming. But you are more likely to have 8 out of 10 good programmers who can do well as a designer. That's my take. |
Nigeria is moving forward. |
We are making progress. |
Good move. |
There is nothing special about it. It's just that around here, we are more used to people being right handed. It doesn't really matter. |
What it takes to be the world leader/superpower. |
If there wasn't enough security and something went wrong, they would start blaming the Presidency for not securing lives and property. How else could he achieve security? Is it by admonishing the electorates? I tire for these people o. |
egift: PDP throwing money here and there to incite anarchy, is a wasted efforts. Nigerians are united to overcome the failure that has held it down for a decade and a half.Earlier when PDP had their crisis, then split and later some PDP governors and other members left for APC, no one said the APC threw money. Why would an APC crisis imply PDP throwing money? PDP & APC are both the same. Greedy people would always have reasons to differ and fight. |
Why speculate about this man's health? Can't these online media find better things to public that sparking up controversies? Journalism has gotten to it's all time low in Nigeria. Fake news/speculations everywhere. May God help us. |
I guess there must be some kind of allowance for participating in keeping law and order during the election which has not been paid promptly. But why mention the president? Is he the one to hand the policemen their allowance? Must we always mention the president whenever someone sneezes? |
See how this young (innocent) boy is groomed from such an early age to be a devil. These guys are terrible. |
ZKOSOSO: Just wondering when shall we see all the muslims from North sincerely supporting a christian from the North for the position of president. WhenGood question. But we all know the answer. |
Another story has it that it was actually sent to Liberia. https://www.nairaland.com/1853624/experimental-ebola-drug-zmapp-way |
They don't want to take responsibility for the monster they were pampering, they would rather give the President Ultimatums. |
Story, Story. |
Still dominated by crude oil. |
2015 on mind. Politicians want to be nice even by relaxing good laws/rules that ignorant citizens only view as making life difficult. |
Dude is going places. |
Wonderful. Thought it was refused Nigeria before. If so, could this be because of anti-gay laws? |
Good. Govt needs to be even more proactive. |
You shouldn't be categorizing languages in terms of Good or Bad. Each language has it's strength and weaknesses. Some are better for a particular kind of project than the other. If I'm just learning a programming language just to add to my knowledge, I would be thinking more of how useful it would be to me with my environment put into consideration. Such considerations would include how popular is the language, how much support is available for the language, etc. But considering the two languages you have in mind, both worth having knowledge of. I'm not sure which to advice you to start with. If you have an important project you want to work on soon, that may be a better consideration for arriving at your decision. However, PHP seems to have gained more popularity in Nigeria especially when considering web applications, but .NET is a more robust language. Google more about he languages then make your choice. |
ElFenomeno1: Your spellings are a disgrace ... absolutely embarrassing!Yet you can't point out just one. |
ElFenomeno1: I am just trying to school you... you skipped spelling classes in primary school and it is not too late. Can you point out any of my grammatical blunders as alleged by you? |
ElFenomeno1: Sense not sence..... Dunce! With this your abuse, are you a northern Muslim? |
I can only think of 2 things. 1. Lack of sufficient Education in the North. While working in Calabar few years back, there was a Muslim Corper from Kaduna who worked with us. He didn't seem to show signs of aggressiveness when his Muslim faith was challenged. 2. The northern people may have had a history of aggressiveness even before Islam came and it has been passed down the generations. Saying so because it's more common to hear a northerner injuring someone over a very trivial issue, and sometimes this issue does not even have to do with the Qur'an. However, there are lots of peace loving ones especially among those who were not brought up in the north. Just my opinion. |
Just like many believed HIV was a hoax, I guess many may be of this view about Ebola or how would you explain the family of the late Nurse who died of Ebola being on the run. |
The number of primary & secondary contacts keep increasing in a geometric progression. Looks like it would be better to quarantine all primary & secondary contacts now before these numbers get out of hand. How exactly are they observing these number of persons? Do they have medical personnel at all their homes? |
stelaar: After the Osun Polls, what's Omisore's faith?Faith or fate. |
Good Job |
