BangaRice: Imagine at a time Nigerians and other non-European nationals are being deported from USA. If i can just make it into Greenland and integrate well, Denmark or USA is sure after the dust of whatever they have going on has settled.
Who knows how i can get into greenland peacefully and in one piece please? Nairalanders should help a bro.
And you think the land is really green in Greenland
Sunnyshinylight: Has God Ever Shocked You With A Miracle? Share Your Testimony
Sometimes, life puts us in situations where every door seems closed. You pray, you fast, you try your best — yet nothing changes. People start advising you to “be realistic,” and even your own faith begins to shake.
Then suddenly… God shows up in a way you never expected. A miracle doesn’t always have to be dramatic like blind eyes opening or someone rising from the dead. Sometimes it’s that unexpected help when you were already giving up.
Sometimes it’s surviving what should have destroyed you. Sometimes it’s peace in the middle of chaos, or a last-minute breakthrough that makes you say, “Only God could have done this.”
Many of us are alive today not because we were careful, smart, or lucky — but because God intervened. Some people are where they are today because God made a way where there was no way.
And some miracles are so personal that words can’t fully explain them.
This thread is for testimonies — big or small.
A healing you experienced
A breakthrough that shocked you
A situation that turned around suddenly Or even a silent miracle only you and God understand
Your testimony might be the encouragement someone needs this Sunday morning.
Has God ever shocked you with a miracle? Share your testimony. 🙏✝️
I was never really sure of His presence untill last night. I had wanted Him to settle me with a fortune in order to feel his hands. I drew closer recently and remained on the mountain. My prayers became more fervent; I needed Him to restore me after losing all to lawyers and USCIS.
I was called that my mum was in great pain and that she had been wailing ever since. Her voice came from the other side with great anguish. 'lay your hands on your body, let me pray!', I muttered impulsively. I thanked the Lord and commanded the pain to leave. People of God, there was great calm. I could hear voices in the background expressing their surprises. I started hearing 'brother thank you oooh'.Only God knows how long she had been in that pain. I didn't want to take that praise, cos it's the Lord's. The Lord told me, 'I just showed you a glimpse' akin to showing Moses his back.
That night I slept with tears in my eyes. He showed me Himself in a different way. I am so glad!
Jakumo: It is not often that a Nigerian soldier is able to capture a firefight involving infantry, tanks and major firepower, so when this video clip arrived in my news feed, I had to share it on the Nairaland forum for the viewing pleasure of my fellow armchair generals in the house. If you listen carefully you will hear the whistle of incoming rounds whipping past the cameraman's head as he bravely records the chaotic firefight.
Sit back, and enjoy the fireworks, but while you see the brave men of the Nigerian army lock horns with a determined and well funded enemy, remember that this is no movie, and that when the smoke clears, a few Nigerian soldiers will have paid the ultimate price, and thus made the ultimate sacrifice for their fatherland.
PHYTECH: A series of text exchanges between Donald Trump and European leaders about ownership of Greenland have sensationally been released.
The US president has pledged to tell European leaders at this week's forum in Davos, Switzerland, that "we will have to have" Greenland.
Messages released on Monday between Trump and Norway's Prime Minister Jonas Støre revealed the president no longer felt obliged to think only of peace after he was not awarded the Nobel Peace Prize last year.
On Tuesday, Trump has posted his own text exchanges with French President Emmanuel Macron and Nato Secretary General Mark Rutte. Here are the messages in full:
Text exchange between Trump and Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Støre Released by the office of Støre following a freedom of information request by the BBC, 18 January at 15:48 (14:48 GMT)
Gahr Støre:
Dear Mr President, dear Donald - on the contact across the Atlantic - on Greenland, Gaza, Ukraine - and your tariff announcement yesterday.
You know our position on these issues. But we believe we all should work to take this down and de-escalate - so much is happening around us where we need to stand together.
We are proposing a call with you later today - with both of us or separately - give us a hint of what you prefer! Best - Alex [on behalf of Finnish Prime Minister Alexander Stubb] and Jonas
Trump's response, 18 January 16:15 (15:15 GMT):
Dear Jonas: Considering your Country decided not to give me the Nobel Peace Prize for having stopped 8 Wars PLUS, I no longer feel an obligation to think purely of Peace, although it will always be predominant, but can now think about what is good and proper for the United States of America.
Denmark cannot protect that land from Russia or China, and why do they have a "right of ownership" anyway?
There are no written documents, it's only that a boat landed there hundreds of years ago, but we had boats landing there, also. I have done more for NATO than any other person since its founding, and now, NATO should do something for the United States.
The World is not secure unless we have Complete and Total Control of Greenland. Thank you! President DJT
Message from French President Emmanuel Macron to Trump Posted on Truth Social by Trump, 19 January, 17:01 (12:01 GMT):
From president Macron to President Trump
My friend,
We are totally in line on Syria
We can do great things on Iran
I do not understand what you are doing on Greenland
Let us try to build great things :
1) I can set up a G7 meeting after Davos in Paris on Thursday afternoon. I can invite the Ukrainians, the Danish, the Syrians and the Russians in the margins
2) Let us have a dinner together in Paris together on Thursday before you go back to the US
Emmanuel
Message from Nato Secretary General Mark Rutte to Trump Posted on Truth Social by Trump, 20 January, 01:53 (06:53 GMT) :
Mr. President, dear Donald - what you accomplished in Syria today is incredible. I will use my media engagements in Davos to highlight your work there, in Gaza, and in Ukraine.
I am committed to finding a way forward on Greenland. Can't wait to see you.
Kemi or whatever you call yourself. The angle you have gone on this video all in the name of protecting this girl shows that you are not a professional person despite painting a picture of a high ethical value which you arrogate to yourself. Revealing Davido's alleged statement in defence of this issue where he purportedly called this girl's mom a prostitute is a scandal that is worse than all the millions you are expecting from Davido in child support. Are there no fora for tabling some sensitive things you reeled out in this video, at leased in consideration of your highly cultured self to save this girl's future and also the said impacts you have made in her life. You are calling Ajudua's son a thief. What effrontery. Kemin Olunloyo, Kemin Badenoch all in oral diarrhoea.

Why is America a reference in everything. The first time I visited LA, I nearly ran back to the metro station. I couldn't differentiate it from Oshodi.
I took metro from Union Station to Hollywood Blvd. Ascending the elevator at my destination, the number of human and vehicular traffick was jaw dropping. Elsewhere in my city buses arrive bus stops appr every 25-30 minutes, LA was 3, 5 minutes, to tell you the number of people the buses convey.
In LA, I don see shit for bus stop scattered around the place, yet people just stand near am dey wait for bus. That day, it was raining.
Then California, is where I saw the highest number of abnormal people anywhere in the world.+ mainly druggies- I have traveled to all the continents apart from Oceania, with at least 3 countries in each.
Sangoamadioha1: Good one by Lookman. A very matured response. Oshimen too should show his maturity. All in all, na team harmony be the Koko.
But nothing really happens. Nigerians are too reactionary.
Internal leadership kowei. That's how team progress is achieved and Lookman understood. He know what Oshimem wanted. Why are Nigerians always crying world. Them go create dissonance in this team by instigating bad needless blood and na them go complain pass.
ultim: What you guys don't realize is that Oshimem has been the 'Super Eagles Coach' in this tournament, not Chelle. And let me say the bitter truth: that is why the result had been very fantastic.
If you study leadership deeply, you will understand this point.
So, people should hold your ignorant comments. Lookman understood his mater's angst and kept cool.
una go take una hand distort this equilibrium and then gbege go begin shele. Oshimem, Oshimem cho cho cho, when team don understand their inner leadership dynamics and are already running with the tempo.

Vinnie2000: As a core Obidient, I still have give Wike credit despite detesting him based on his Antecedents.
He is a VIOLENCE Wotowoto Grandmaster Politician.
Fubara thinks he is Smart but Wike could CRUSH him in 2027 and send him to Oblivion.
Wike will sponsor and Back an Opposition candidate (like Tonye PrinceWill) in the Rivers Election And with media Propaganda and Character assassination of Fubara, Rivers Pple could vote for that Candidate and Fubara loses out totally.
Wike becomes once again the GODFATHER in the state.
Plz Fubara Fans should enlighten us on how he can defeat Wike in 2027?
You are still learning the power of incumbency, lok
