I am just curious about the essence of a virtual test room via Zoom and the rest where the recruiting team just view the faces of the people writing the test via their (candidates) webcam without knowing whether the candidates are using AI or Google to write the test. The question is, do they look at the computer screens of the candidates writing the test? Apart from plagiarism test that could be circumvented by good paraphrasing, are they not probably going to exclude the best candidates who presumably relied on themselves as against those that paraphrased google and AI output? Also is it not better to ask everyone to write the test remotely or via open book to avert impersonation at least and then have the selected candidates prove themselves during oral interview? I am just curious on this current trend of recruitment practice. |

I bring greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.. May the Lord bless us today. I was led to share this testimony here. I did not have the money to pay for my rent. I used my reserve for a very pressing need. I remember saying 'Lord, just have your way in this situation'. Miraculously, a man walked up to me just like a couple of days after the rent was due (month's rent-not in Nigeria) , as if he knew what i was going through, and said, 'I have a place for you'. The occupier traveled and you will stay there free. It was like a joke. To cut a long Story short, I have packed into the place. May the name of the Lord be exalted. Rejoice and fee free to share yours, to the glory of God. Psalm 66: 16 I will be going through, and we shall have brethren with similar needs in our prayers.
