Not really. I still remember you guys and to complete my story here. Just too tight these days to even type. I'm way back on my reading. My phone for typing the story is almost 4years old, so doesn't last as long as before. To top it up, had a serious kinda family issue January this year, still taking care of it till now and that takes most of my days.
Don't worry I will definitely finish Penance. Had done some updates, just haven't uploaded yet.

well,in my own case I was raped before entering primary school.

Unfortunately for you the man considered all this, before starting these projects.
Did you know that all the equipments were purchased? Did you that all the fuels used by these machineries are specifically baught from one gas station? Which in turn goes back to ebonyi state government coffers. So many strategic plans was put in place for this projet to rotate the money from the government to the contractors and then back to the government. And this kept the projet going.
It goes on and on but i will stop here for you to deduce the rest. These i must confess is a leader with foresight.
