For those of you wondering how i got this.

In june 2021, i was bathing in the bathroom at my workplace after the days job of that day. My sponge fell on the floor of the bathroom. I picked it up and continue using it.

After a week or two, i started having this burning sensation and itching in my penis. I visited the chemist for drugs and they gave me some. After some time, the itching stopped. But in two, three weeks time, again it sufaced again. I went for test in a pharmacy and was told i have coliform along with the drugs that are resistant to it and those not resistant to it.
Okay, i started hunting for the non-resistant drugs and started taking dem. The non-resistant drugs didn't work. So i went to for other drugs i could found. Nothing worked out. I took stem cells coupled with local herbal(native drugs), still no sign of recovering.

I still keep on taking any drug i could lay my hands on or the ones recommended by people. Suddenly it disappeared. In 2023, it appeared again. I went for test. Was told it is staphylococcus along with the resistant and non resistant drug i will or not take. I hunted for the non-resistant drugs but nothing happened. I went to a big pharmacy store and presented the test result paper to dem seeking for cure. They told me, they will cure it. I took everything they gave to me but no sign of cure!
I started taking any drug i could lay my hand to till finally it went away. And i regained my normal self.

2024, it sufaced again(itching on penis and tiny dots on my lips). I went to the chemist to purchase drugs. After some time it went away. I regained my normal self. After two months, it came back again. I visited the chemist and took drugs and after some time it went out. Later, like after some months went by, it resurrected again(itching on penis and tiny dots on my lips) still in the same 2024. I went to the chemist again and bought drugs. After some time, i was relieved of it.

Now January 2025, it came again(itching on penis and tiny dots on my lips. Bought drugs, but it has refuse to go this time around.
Am will be going to do a test as you guys have said. I have wasted 100k-plus trying to solve dis since 2021.

I would advise you to visit hospital for assistance. If you however make use of HMO then you are fine as it reduces the cost of medicine
