1) All candidates MUST first go to the school portal
www.fpno.edu.ng and click on “Application link” on the
homepage under Students. Depending on your interest chose
either HND or ND to proceed.
2) Fill your Bio-data in the form and generate a “PAYEE
IDENTIFICATION” print or copy out the code. You can do
this process on your mobile phone or Tablets.
3) Proceed to the designated banks below to make payment
of N8, 000 using your PAYEE ID. This fee includes your
processing and printing of your final application forms from
designated cyber cafe. You can also choose to make your
payment using your VERVE, VISA or MASTER CARD, if you
choose the card payment, you will be asked to fill your card
details for the payment to be processed immediately.
4) Approved Banks Nationwide where payment can be made
Fidelity Bank Plc
United Bank For Africa Plc
Zenith Bank Plc
Federal Polytechnic Microfinance Bank
5) Return to the school portal www.fpno.edu.ng and complete
your application process, submit your data as requested and
print out your confirmation receipt. If you process your
payment using your card, you will return to the portal
immediately to print your receipt and confirmation slip.
6) All Applications MUST be concluded on or before
12midnight of 30th July, 2015. Applicants can start and
complete this process anywhere in the country. Avoid
travelling to Owerri to fill the form.
