A critical examination of this sura you quoted point out many error that debunked Islam:

1. The Prophets here are the one before Muhammad who are NOT Arabian

2. The people who Allah made covenant with through those Prophets are the people of that time, lineage of those Prophets and tribe of those Prophets. NOT ANOTHER TRIBE OR LINEAGE

Now from the sura you quoted, the sura said "...and then there come TO YOU a messenger fulfilling that which is WITH YOU... "

Notice the "TO YOU & WITH YOU" in the above outline which is the same people those Prophets spoke with.

I can't but help to ask after reading this verse, why would Allah now send a messenger to those who Allah didn't make covenant with?

Allah say in the Qur'an that, there will be prophets around to assist Muhammad in his mission, in fact Allah Even made it a covenant to this prophets.
Surah 3:81:
Allah took a COVENANT with the PROPHETS, saying: “Now that you have been given the Book and Wisdom; there will come to you a Messenger (MUHAMMAD) who will confirm that which is with you, you will have to believe in him and HELP HIM IN HIS MISSION. ” Then He said “Do you affirm this covenant and agree to take this heavy responsibility?” The PROPHETS replied, “Yes, we do affirm.” Allah said, “Very well, bear witness to this and I too bear witness with you.”

Now,A careful examination of Surah 3:81 reveals the following:
(1) Allah made a Covenant with the Prophets who lived before the time of Muhammad.
(2) These Prophets were called upon by Allah to pledge their support to a forthcoming Messenger who was to appear to them later.
(3) This coming Messenger will confirm the previous
Book of Allah which is in the possession of these
Prophets .
(4) Since this Messenger will come during the lifetime of these Prophets , they will be on hand to personally witness his confirmation of their sacred Book .

None! Not a single Prophet , from among whom Allah allegedly made the Covenant with, was present at the time of Muhammad. Yet, Allah clearly testified to the presence of these Prophets during the time of this Messenger .

This leaves us with two options:
One: Allah was wrong in his claim regarding the presence of Prophets during the time of Muhammad.
Two: The Messenger mentioned in Surah 3:81 is referring to someone other than Muhammad.

What is even more damaging for Islam is the fact that Muhammad excluded himself as the Messenger in Surah 3:81 . Why do we say that? This is because Muhammad clearly ruled out the co-existence of any
Prophets during his career as the
Messenger of Allah. Muhammad openly testified to this reality when he proclaimed the following to his early Companions.
Sahih Muslim, Book 30, Number 5835:
Abu Huraira reported Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: I am most akin to Jesus Christ among the whole of mankind, and all the Prophets are of different mothers but belong to one religion and NO PROPHET WAS RAISED BETWEEN ME AND JESUS.

Let us pause for a moment and let this sink in. Here we find two conflicting teachings in Islam. Allah clearly stated in Surah 3:81 that there would be Prophets to assist Muhammad. In contrast, Muhammad taught there would be none. Muslims have to choose between Allah and Muhammad. If Allah is right, then Muhammad is wrong. On the other hand, if Muhammad is right, then Allah is wrong. Either option destroys the legitimacy of Islam since this clearly demonstrates that one of them is definitely in error. As events unfolded, it became evident that there were no Prophets at the time of Muhammad. Thus, Allah was clearly in error. Man can make mistakes but not God.

3:81. (Recall the time) when Allâh bound (the people) to a covenant through the Prophets (saying), ‘Indeed, whatever I have vouchsafed to you of the Book and the Wisdom, and then there comes to you a Messenger fulfilling that which is with you, you shall surely believe in him and have to help him.’ (The Lord further) said, ‘Do you agree and do you undertake the heavy responsibility of My covenant on these (terms)?’ They said, ‘We do agree.’ (God) said, ‘Bear witness to it and I am with you among the witnesses.’

The goal of the current study was to characterize the anti-platelet activity of camel urine against normal human platelets based on agonist-induced aggregation and platelet function analyzer (PFA-100) closure time.‎

Lawal, who believes in the usage of prophetic medicines said, “I drink camel’s urine because it is medically proven that males above 40 years in age are at a risk of contracting prostate cancer, hence, I drink it as a preventive measure while urging people to engage in more research, as it could be a ticket to cure terminal diseases.”

Different experiments carried out on the therapeutic uses of camel’s urine and milk is explained below.
